There was no increased risk of AEs. Consistent results were detected in the meta-analysis of secukinumab 75 mg versus a placebo. Furthermore, no significant difference was detected between the secukinumab 75 mg group and secukinumab 150 mg group. We concluded that secukinumab is effective for treating AS and generally well tolerated by AS patients in the short term, regardless of whether they previously underwent TNFi treatment. The superiority of secukinumab 150 mg over secukinumab 75 mg seems to be limited, since no significant difference in any endpoint was detected between the two groups.Theoretical predictions with next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) QCD accuracy combined with the next-to-leading order (NLO) electroweak (EW) corrections are presented for differential observables of the double-Higgs production process via vector-boson fusion. While the QCD corrections were previously known, the EW ones are computed here for the first time. The numerical results are obtained for a realistic experimental set-up at the LHC and are presented in the form of fiducial cross sections and differential distributions. Within this setup we find that the VBF approximation employed in the NNLO QCD correction is accurate at the sub-percent level. We find that the NLO EW corrections within the fiducial volume are - 6.1 % , making them of almost the same order as the NLO QCD corrections. In some kinematic regions they can grow as large as - 30 % making them the dominant radiative corrections. When the EW corrections are combined with the NNLO QCD corrections we find a total correction of - 14.8 % . The results presented here thus comprise the state-of-the-art theoretical predicition for the double-Higgs production via vector-boson fusion, which will be of value to the high-luminosity programme at the LHC.
Due to the SARS-CoV‑2 crisis, online adaptation of sleep trainings is necessary. As sleep disturbances in school children are common, prevention of chronification is essential. The aim of this study was to adapt an established age-oriented cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) group training for 5-10-year-old children with insomnia and their parents to an online version (group iCBT-I).
The adaptation procedure and structure of the iCBT‑I are described. To assess acceptance the Online Sleep Treatment Acceptance questionnaire (OSTA) and the Online Sleep Treatment Feedback questionnaire (OSTF) were implemented. In addition, trainers filled in the Adherence and Feasibility Questionnaire for Online Sleep Treatment (AFOST). Sleep problems were assessed using a structured interview for sleep disorders in children and clinical interview, and the Children's Sleep Habit Questionnaire (CSHQ-DE). Emotional problems were evaluated with the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL4-18).
This pilot study included 12study with a larger sample is necessary. The key feature of matrix-isolation infrared (MI-IR) spectroscopy is the isolation of single guest molecules in a host system at cryogenic conditions. The matrix mostly hinders rotation of the guest molecule, providing access to pure vibrational features. Vibrational self-consistent field (VSCF) and configuration interaction computations (VCI) on ab initio multimode potential energy surfaces (PES) give rise to anharmonic vibrational spectra. In a single-sourced combination of these experimental and computational approaches, we have established an iterative spectroscopic characterization procedure. The present article reviews the scope of this procedure by highlighting the strengths and limitations based on the examples of water, carbon dioxide, methane, methanol, and fluoroethane. An assessment of setups for the construction of the multimode PES on the example of methanol demonstrates that CCSD(T)-F12 level of theory is preferable to compute (a) accurate vibrational frequencies and (b) equilibrium or vibrationally averaged structural parameters. Our procedure has allowed us to uniquely assign unknown or disputed bands and enabled us to clarify problematic spectral regions that are crowded with combination bands and overtones. Besides spectroscopic assignment, the excellent agreement between theory and experiment paves the way to tackle questions of rather fundamental nature as to whether or not matrix effects are systematic, and it shows the limits of conventional notations used by spectroscopists. We propose a field-theoretic interpretation of Ruelle zeta function and show how it can be seen as the partition function for BF theory when an unusual gauge-fixing condition on contact manifolds is imposed. This suggests an alternative rephrasing of a conjecture due to Fried on the equivalence between Ruelle zeta function and analytic torsion, in terms of homotopies of Lagrangian submanifolds.A recent strand of the literature on decision-making under uncertainty has pointed to an intriguing behavioral gap between decisions made from description and decisions made from experience. This study reinvestigates this description-experience gap to understand the impact that sampling experience has on decisions under risk. Our study adopts a complete sampling paradigm to address the lack of control over experienced probabilities by requiring complete sampling without replacement. We also address the roles of utilities and ambiguity, which are central in most current decision models in economics. Thus, our experiment identifies the deviations from expected utility due to over- (or under-) weighting of probabilities. selleck inhibitor Our results confirm the existence of the behavioral gap, but they provide no evidence for the underweighting of small probabilities within the complete sampling treatment. We find that sampling experience attenuates rather than reverses the inverse S-shaped probability weighting under risk.Spatiotemporal event sequences (STESs) are the ordered series of event types whose instances frequently follow each other in time and are located close-by. An STES is a spatiotemporal frequent pattern type, which is discovered from moving region objects whose polygon-based locations continiously evolve over time. Previous studies on STES mining require significance and prevalence thresholds for the discovery, which is usually unknown to domain experts. The quality of the discovered sequences is of great importance to the domain experts who use these algorithms. We introduce a novel algorithm to find the most relevant STESs without threshold values. We tested the relevance and performance of our threshold-free algorithm with a case study on solar event metadata, and compared the results with the previous STES mining algorithms.
