Maternal-fetal attachment is a term used to describe the emotional relationship that a pregnant woman has with her developing fetus. Mental care for pregnant women (fear of childbirth and a sense of cohesion of pregnant women) is one of the most important aspects of prenatal care that affects the mother's attachment to the fetus. If fear and anxiety are relieved, psychological and physical relaxation will be replaced. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of determining the relationship between fear of childbirth and the sense of cohesion with the attachment of pregnant mothers to the fetus.

The present study is a descriptive study that was performed by multi-stage sampling method on 500 pregnant mothers who referred to health centers in Isfahan in 2017. The study participants completed the following questionnaires fear of childbirth, sense of cohesion, and mother's attachment to the fetus. The data were analyzed by descriptive and analytical statistical methods (Pearson correlation) usias a result, mothers' attachment to their fetus has increased so that they can take proper care during and after pregnancy.
More attention of prenatal care provider to the psychological issues of the pregnant mother and their fears and worries can lead to appropriate interventions in this field, and as a result, mothers' attachment to their fetus has increased so that they can take proper care during and after pregnancy.
Menstruation is a natural phenomenon among women who experience shedding of blood for 1-7 days every month which usually starts between age 11 and 14 years and continues until menopause at about 51 years of age. It is important to maintain menstrual hygiene, as poor practices increase vulnerability to reproductive and urinary tract infections. The present study was conducted with an aim to investigate the impact of focused group discussion (FGD) compared to didactic lectures (DLs) on the menstrual hygiene knowledge and practices.

The present cross-sectional study was conducted among 649 school girls during January to August 2019 using a convenience sampling technique. After collecting baseline information using a pretested, predesigned, standardized questionnaire, the participants in the control and intervention groups were exposed for the DLs and FGD, respectively, and 1 month after such intervention, the same questionnaire was again self-administered by participants. All tests were performed at a 5% level of significance using SPSS (version 22.0).

The baseline characteristics of both the groups such as participants' mean age, mean age of menarche, mother's literacy status, religion, type of family, and socioeconomic status were comparable. SGC 0946 in vitro There was a difference in the knowledge and practice mean score of participants in the control group for pre- and postintervention, which was highly statistically significant (
< 0.001).

This study reveals that menstrual hygiene is far from satisfactory among most of the school girls. The DLs and FGD have improved the menstrual hygiene knowledge and practices among school girls.

Although the function of SIRTs in the cancer immunology is explored, SIRT-specific mechanisms regulating necroptosis-related innate immune response are not clear. In our present study, we found that both the mRNA and protein expression levels of SIRT3 and SIRT6 are significantly increased in the PCa tissues (HR, CI P = 3.30E - 03; HR, CI P = 2.35E - 08; and HR, CI P = 9.20E - 08) and were associated with patients' Gleason score and nodal metastasis. Furthermore, multivariate analysis showed that the PCa patients with higher expression levels of SIRT3 and SIRT6 had shorter overall survival (OS). Mechanistically, we found that SIRT3 and SIRT6 promote prostate cancer progress by inhibiting RIPK3-mediated necroptosis and innate immune response. Knockdown of both SIRT3 and SIRT6 not only activates TNF-induced necroptosis but also refreshes the corresponding recruitment of macrophages and neutrophils. Overall, our study identified that SIRT3 and SIRT6 are key regulators of necroptosis during prostate cancer progression.Current immunotherapies are effective only in a subset of patients, likely due to several factors including defects in tumor cell antigen presentation, decreased response to immune effectors, and molecular heterogeneity of cancers. Recent molecular classifications enable the categorization of many tumor types. However, deregulation of major histocompatibility complex (MHC) gene expression is poorly characterized in the context of molecular cancer subtypes. To suppress the confounding effect of immune infiltrates on expression patterns of immunoregulators, we identified and removed genes with strong correlation to estimated immune compartment levels in each tumor type. Next, we reanalyzed a total of 13 TCGA cancer types encompassing 5651 tumors and 485 normal adjacent tissues by performing unsupervised clustering of 14 MHC genes. Subsequently, resultant clusters were statistically compared in terms of expression of other immune-related genes. Three MHC expression clusters were discovered by unsupervised clustering.
