Carissa Sharon Oyakhilome tied the knot to an entrepreneur from Ghana in the year 2018. They had a big ceremony in Nigeria with the pastor Chris Oyakhilome assisted.

In 2021, they welcomed their first child, Arielle Rachelle-Marise.

Charlene Oyakhilome's personal details are not known because she prefers to keep them private.
