Cross-cultural adaptation of the National Early Warning Score 2 to Brazilian Portuguese.
A methodological study of a cross-cultural adaptation of a scale, based on the Beaton et al. framework, authorized by the Royal College of Physicians. Judges from nine Brazilian states, nurses and physicians evaluated the semantic, idiomatic, cultural, and conceptual equivalence between the original instrument and the translated versions. The nurses, working in inpatient or emergency units, conducted the pilot test, applying the final version to three case studies. Psychometric tests were used for data analysis Content Validity Index (CVI), Kappa Coefficient, and Cronbach's Alpha.
The adaptation showed a mean CVI of 0.98 and perfect/almost perfect inter-rater agreement, with scores above 0.80. The consistency of the scale was 0.712.

To verify the accuracy of the Manchester Triage System (MTS) and the outcomes of adult patients in an emergency hospital service.
Cross-sectional study, conducted through an inspection of records of risk classification of adult patients treated in the emergency service of a hospital.
The patients (n = 400) were classified according to priority levels, in red (0.8%), orange (58.2%), and yellow (41.0%). The accuracy levels between auditors and nurses were substantial for the flowchart (K = 0.75), and moderate for discriminating factors (k = 0.46) and priority levels (k = 0.42). This is an integrative literature review according to Cooper, which searched for articles in Portuguese, English and Spanish, published between September 2011 and November 2018 in the BVS, PubMed, SCOPUS, CINAHL, EMBASE, and Web of Science databases, ending in a sample of 15 articles.

Here, we present data of proteomic and gene expression analyses of Lulo cell related to interactions with Leishmania (Viannia) braziliensis.
Lulo cell protein extracts were analysed through a combination of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and mass spectrometry and resulting spots were further investigated in silico to identify proteins using Mascot search and, afterwards, resulting sequences were applied for analysis with VectorBase.
