Remaining Ventricular Noncompaction Cardiomyopathy as a Probable Reason behind Bilateral Rear Cerebral Artery Heart stroke -- a hard-to-find as well as Medical Incident.
The results showed that the addition of hematite and chalcocite enhance the μm of PVC polymers. We also found that the μm of chalcocite/PVC is higher than that of hematite/PVC due to the copper content in the former. © 2020 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd.This study applied Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) to predict the moisture ratio (MR) during the drying process of yam slices (Dioscorea rotundata) in a hot air convective dryer. Also the effective diffusivity, activation energy, and rehydration ratio were calculated. The experiments were carried out at three (3) drying air temperatures (50, 60, and 70 °C), air velocities (0.5, 1, and 1.5 m/s), and slice thickness (3, 6, and 9 mm), and the obtained experimental data were used to check the usefulness of ANFIS in the yam drying process. The result showed efficient applicability of ANFIS in predicting the MR at any time of the drying process with a correlation value (R2) of 0.98226 and root mean square error value (RMSE) of 0.01702 for the testing stage. The effective diffusivity increased with an increase in air velocity, air temperature, and thickness and the values (6.382E -09 to 1.641E -07 m2/s). The activation energy increased with an increase in air velocity, but fluctuate within the air temperatures and thickness used (10.59-54.93 KJ/mol). Rehydration ratio was highest at air velocity×air temperature×thickness (1.5 m/s×70 °C × 3 mm), and lowest at air velocity × air temperature×thickness (0.5 m/s×70 °C × 3 mm). The result showed that the drying kinetics of Dioscorea rotundata existed in the falling rate period. The drying time decreased with increased temperature, air velocity, and decreased slice thickness. These established results are applicable in process and equipment design, analysis and prediction of hot air convective drying of yam (Dioscorea rotundata) slices. © 2020 The Authors. The chemical composition analysis of OPBA revealed that it contains about 55 wt.% of SiO2 along with other metallic oxides and elements. The surface morphology of OPBA showed angular and irregular shapes with porous structures. The influence of OPBA as a reinforcement in epoxy composite was studied with varying filler loadings (10-50 wt.%) and different particle sizes (50-150 μm). The result showed that the incorporation of OPBA in composites has improved the physical, mechanical and thermal properties of the epoxy matrix. The highest physical and mechanical properties of fabricated composites were attained with 30 wt.% loading and size of 50 μm. Also, thermal stability and the percentage of char residue of the composite increased with increasing filler loading. Furthermore, the contact angle of OPBA reinforced epoxy composites increased with the increase of filler loading. The lowest value of the contact angle was obtained at 30 wt.% of filler loading with the OPBA particle size of 50 μm. The finding of this study reveals that the OPBA has the potential to be used as reinforcement or filler as well as an alternative of silica-based inorganic fillers used in the enhancement of mechanical, physical and thermal properties of the epoxy polymer composite. © 2020 The Author(s).The National Capital Region (NCR) of India, Delhi, has experienced high post-monsoon pollution along with several peak pollution episodes in recent years. Diwali, the festival of lights, which is among the biggest festivals of India celebrated during the post-monsoon season, is also considered a pollution event associated as it is with the lighting of a large number of firecrackers. 2016 Diwali pollution episode continued for a week creating severe discomfort to residents of Delhi, prompting the judiciary to ban the sale and use of firecrackers in Delhi from 2017 onwards. The current study analyzes different sectoral and temporal emissions contribution to the 2016 post monsoonal pollution episode over Delhi using a fully coupled chemical transport model. The findings of the study indicate that aerosols produced from crop residue open burning at the northwestern states contributed more than 60% of the total simulated surface concentration during the period under study. Model experimental simulations show that despite emissions from within the city, what explains the severity of pollution over Delhi during the period under consideration is an additional pollution load emanating from these intense crop open burning sessions from nearby areas. Further, model simulations show that while Diwali emissions can elevate the pollution load over Delhi, the effects do not last beyond 48 h. It is found that the stagnation of the pollutants several days beyond the 2016 Diwali day was due to favorable meteorological conditions like low surface temperature, lower boundary layer height, and weak northwesterly winds. The study shows that in order to improve air quality in Delhi during the post-monsoon period, mitigation efforts should target the adjacent rural areas, especially when there is massive burning of crop residue in those areas. © 2020 Published by Elsevier Ltd.Background Anogenital HPV is the most frequent sexually transmitted disease (STD) worldwide. selleck products There is no obligation to officially register HPV infections in Germany and thus the epidemiology of condylomata acuminata (CA) is not well characterized. Objectives To provide a better understanding of the epidemiology of CA and outline the treatment options that are available to patients with this disease. Methods Data of 1124 patients with a confirmed diagnosis of CA, presenting in our university hospital outpatient consultation between 2011 and 2015 were retrospectively evaluated and the efficacy of various types of treatments was addressed. Results A large patient cohort of 1124 predominately young (mean age 36.5 years old), male (83.9 %), single (50.2 %), heterosexual (92.8 %) Germans (62.5 %) received consults in our outpatient clinic for STDs. Nearly 60 % of the diagnosed patients presented with first-time CA, indicating a considerable proportion of roughly 40 % recurrent infections as well. Only 13.7 % of patients were previously immunized against HPV.
