Tumor-Associated Microbiota throughout Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma.
Genus Saga Charpentier, 1825 along with four other genera (Clonia Stål, 1855; Cloniella Kaltenbach, 1971; Emptera Saussure, 1888 and Peringueyella Saussure, 1888) comprises the tettigoniid subfamily Saginae. 2,6-Dihydroxypurine These genera are distributed throughout three separated biogeographical zones; in the South-Southeast of Africa, genus Emptera in India and genus Saga in Palaearctic region (Kolics et.al., 2012 Şirin et.al., 2019). The predatory bush crickets of the genus Saga are the largest Palearctic orthopterans, with 16 species, of which ten inhabit Asia (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Caucasus, Turkey, Syria, Palestine, Lebanon, Jordan, Israel, Iran, and Iraq), the rest occur in Europe (one of them ranging to Western Siberia) (Kaltenbach, 1964, 1967, Bader Massa, 2001, Şirin et.al., 2019 Cigliano et al. 2020). Six of these species are endemic to Turkey (Saga beiri, S. capadocica, S. hakkarica, S. longicaudata, S. puella and S. rhodiensis) (Şirin et.al., 2019), while the six European taxa are (S. natoliae, S. pedo, S. campbelli, S. gracilis, S. hellenica and S. rammei) (Kolics et.al., 2012). In the East Mediterranean countries S. ledereri occur in Syria and Lebanon, S. ornata in Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine and Syria (Kaltenbach, 1964, 1967 Cigliano et al. 2020). Among the non-European Saga species, S. ephippigera has the broadest geographic range, extending from Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine and Syria to Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Caucasus, Transcaucasus and Karabagh, while S. syriaca is found in Syria, Lebanon, Turkey and Iraq (Kirby,1906, Kaltenbach, 1967, Bader Massa, 2001, Arsalan Candan, 2019, Şirin et.al., 2019 Cigliano et al. 2020).Oxybelus lusitanicus spec. nov., a new European Crabronid wasp species is described and diagnosed. It is currently known only from two regions of Portugal. An amendment to the relevant section of Guichard's (1993) most recent English language key to European Oxybelus Latreille, 1796 is included.A new species and a key to 10 species of the genus Lemba Huang, 1983, namely Lemba wushanensis sp. nov. is described in this paper from China. The new species is similar to L. sichuanensis Ma et al, 1994, but differs from the latter by the length of tegmen 2.7 times width in male, length of interspace of mesosternum 3.5 times width in male, posterior margin of epiproct straight; ancorae of epiphallus not inward tilt and vertical diameter 1.8 times subocular furrow in female. The type specimens are deposited in the Northwest Plateau Institute of Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Xining, China. The original description of the Tasmanian endemic genus Tasmanura Womersley was based on a misunderstanding of its gross morphology. This probably led to a misidentification of the genus from South Africa. To prevent similar misidentifications, the genus is redescribed here from the holotype and comments made on its distribution and habitat as well as current and future risks to its persistence.Four new species of leafhoppers, Pseudosubhimalus asymmetricus sp. nov. (Himachal Pradesh Katrain), P. dalangensis sp. nov. (Himachal Pradesh Dalang), P. katraini sp. nov. (Himachal Pradesh Katrain), P. lachungensis sp. nov. (Sikkim Lachung), are described from the Indian subcontinent. A checklist and key to the species of Pseudosubhimalus are provided.Rasbora neilgherriensis Day, long considered a synonym of Rasbora daniconius or Rasbora dandia, is re-described and shown to be a valid species based on an examination of type and recently-acquired topotypical specimens from the Western Ghats of India. The species is characterised by a complete lateral line with 32-34 pored scales on body, ½5-6/1/2½ scales in transverse line on body, a mid-lateral stripe that is 2½ scales wide anterior to the pelvic fin and 1-1½ scales wide on the caudal peduncle, and a caudal fin that is emarginate to forked with broadly rounded lobes. The species was recorded from the Cauvery River Basin in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, India, at elevations ranging from 710 m to 2015 m above sea level, in stream stretches with relatively denser riparian canopy cover.Adult males are described and illustrated for the first time for four Chinese species of the treehopper genus Tricentrus previously known only from females T. albipennis Kato, 1930, T. floripinnae Yuan Cui, 1987, T. foliocornatus, Yuan Fan, 2002 and T. oedothorectoidis Yuan Fan, 2002.Eight new species in the currently monotypic genus Regasilus Curran, 1931 are described from Peru Regasilus aiapaec sp. nov. from Piura, R. apu sp. nov. from Cuzco, R. chicamac sp. nov. from Apurímac, Cajamarca, Cuzco, and La Libertad, R. huiracocha sp. nov. from Cuzco, R. illapa sp. nov. from Huancavelica, R. inti sp. nov. from Cuzco, R. supay sp. nov. from Piura, and R. uscovilca sp. nov. from Apurimac and Cuzco. A diagnosis for the genus is given, as well as an identification key to the known species. In anuran amphibians, acoustic signals are fundamental mechanisms of mate recognition and mate choice, which makes frog calls a fundamental tool for anuran taxonomy. In this work, we describe the advertisement call of two species for the genus Melanophryniscus, M. cambaraensis and M. macrogranulosus and use the descriptions to try to solve a taxonomic problem between them. We collected data after heavy rains in three different sample sites in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, between 2012 and 2013. The advertisement call of both species is composed of two segments. It always begins with part A (about 0.44-6 seconds) composed of single modulated pulses separated by long time intervals. It is followed by part B, a long train of unmodulated pulses with short time intervals, lasting from 9 to 32.2 seconds. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) indicated some variation between temporal parameters of the two species, but Multivariate Analysis of Variance showed no significant differences. Within-individual Coefficient of Variation (CV) showed only two static parameters pulse rate and peak frequency, both in the part B of the call. Despite intra-male variation in some acoustic parameters, it is not possible to differentiate between M. cambaraensis and M. macrogranulosus species only using bioacoustics.
