aegypti larvae. This synergistic activity is among the most powerful described so far with Bt toxins and is comparable to that reported for Cyt1A when interacting with Cry4Aa, Cry4Ba or Cry11Aa. Synergistic mosquitocidal activity was also observed between the recombinant proteins Cyt2Ba and Cry4Aa, but in this case, the synergistic potentiation was 4.6-fold. In conclusion, although Cry10Aa and Cyt2Ba are rarely detectable or appear as minor components in the crystals of Bti strains, they represent toxicity factors with a high potential for the control of mosquito populations.Securing personal authentication is an important study in the field of security. Particularly, fingerprinting and face recognition have been used for personal authentication. However, these systems suffer from certain issues, such as fingerprinting forgery, or environmental obstacles. To address forgery or spoofing identification problems, various approaches have been considered, including electrocardiogram (ECG). For ECG identification, linear discriminant analysis (LDA), support vector machine (SVM), principal component analysis (PCA), deep recurrent neural network (DRNN), and recurrent neural network (RNN) have been conventionally used. Certain studies have shown that the RNN model yields the best performance in ECG identification as compared with the other models. However, these methods require a lengthy input signal for high accuracy. Thus, these methods may not be applied to a real-time system. In this study, we propose using bidirectional long short-term memory (LSTM)-based deep recurrent neural networks (DRNN) through late-fusion to develop a real-time system for ECG-based biometrics identification and classification. We suggest a preprocessing procedure for the quick identification and noise reduction, such as a derivative filter, moving average filter, and normalization. We experimentally evaluated the proposed method using two public datasets MIT-BIH Normal Sinus Rhythm (NSRDB) and MIT-BIH Arrhythmia (MITDB). The proposed LSTM-based DRNN model shows that in NSRDB, the overall precision was 100%, recall was 100%, accuracy was 100%, and F1-score was 1. For MITDB, the overall precision was 99.8%, recall was 99.8%, accuracy was 99.8%, and F1-score was 0.99. Our experiments demonstrate that the proposed model achieves an overall higher classification accuracy and efficiency compared with the conventional LSTM approach.Few studies have examined the longitudinal association between urbanicity and dietary fat intake in Chinese adults. A population-based longitudinal observational study was carried out in Chinese adults aged 18-65 from the China Health and Nutrition Survey. Three consecutive 24 h dietary recalls were used to assess dietary fat intake. ONO-AE3-208 Prostaglandin Receptor antagonist Multilevel models were used to explore the relationship between urbanicity and dietary fat intake. People in the highest urbanicity quartile had the increments of 7.48 g/d (95% CI5.42-9.58) and 8.92 g/d (95% CI 7.03-10.80) in dietary fat intake, 2.86 (95% CI 2.29-3.44) and 2.69 (95% CI 2.13-3.25) in proportion of energy from total fat, and odds ratios (ORs) for the risk of excess dietary fat intake of 1.84 (95% CI 1.65-2.05) and 2.01 (95% CI 1.78-2.26) for men and women, respectively, compared to the lowest quartile after controlling for potential confounders. These results indicate that urbanicity was an important factor influencing dietary fat intake among Chinese adults. Aggressive nutritional education action coupled with governmental guidelines and programs tailored for the Chinese population are required to promote less dietary fat intake, especially in those adults living in less urbanized areas and whose dietary fat intake is ≥ 30% of their total energy intake per day.Sustainable polymers are emerging fast and have received much more attention in recent years compared to petro-sourced polymers. However, they inherently have low-quality properties, such as poor mechanical properties, and inadequate performance, such as high flammability. In general, two methods have been considered to tackle such drawbacks (i) reinforcement of sustainable polymers with additives; and (ii) modification of chemical structure by architectural manipulation so as to modify polymers for advanced applications. Development and management of bio-based polyurethanes with flame-retardant properties have been at the core of attention in recent years. Bio-based polyurethanes are currently prepared from renewable, bio-based sources such as vegetable oils. They are used in a wide range of applications including coatings and foams. However, they are highly flammable, and their further development is dependent on their flame retardancy. The aim of the present review is to investigate recent advances in the development of flame-retardant bio-based polyurethanes. Chemical structures of bio-based flame-retardant polyurethanes have been studied and explained from the point of view of flame retardancy. Moreover, various strategies for improving the flame retardancy of bio-based polyurethanes as well as reactive and additive flame-retardant solutions are discussed. There is a myriad of methodologies to assess driving performance after a stroke. These include psychometric tests, driving simulation, questionnaires, and/or road tests. Research-based driving simulators have emerged as a safe, convenient way to assess driving performance after a stroke. Such traditional research simulators are useful in recreating street traffic scenarios, but are often expensive, with limited physics models and graphics rendering. In contrast, racing simulators developed for motorsport professionals and enthusiasts offer high levels of realism, run on consumer-grade hardware, and can provide rich telemetric data. However, most offer limited simulation of traffic scenarios. This pilot study compares the feasibility of research simulation and racing simulation in a sample with minor stroke. We determine that the racing simulator is tolerated well in subjects with a minor stroke. There were correlations between research and racing simulator outcomes with psychometric tests associated with driving performance, such as the Trails Making Test Part A, Snellgrove Maze Task, and the Motricity Index.
