The SARS-CoV-2 pandemic poses the greatest global public health challenge in a century. Neutralizing antibody is a correlate of protection and data on kinetics of virus neutralizing antibody responses are needed. We tested 293 sera from an observational cohort of 195 reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infections collected from 0 to 209 days after onset of symptoms. Of 115 sera collected ≥61 days after onset of illness tested using plaque reduction neutralization (PRNT) assays, 99.1% remained seropositive for both 90% (PRNT90) and 50% (PRNT50) neutralization endpoints. We estimate that it takes at least 372, 416 and 133 days for PRNT50 titres to drop to the detection limit of a titre of 110 for severe, mild and asymptomatic patients, respectively. At day 90 after onset of symptoms (or initial RT-PCR detection in asymptomatic infections), it took 69, 87 and 31 days for PRNT50 antibody titres to decrease by half (T1/2) in severe, mild and asymptomatic infections, respectively. Patients with severe disease had higher peak PRNT90 and PRNT50 antibody titres than patients with mild or asymptomatic infections. Age did not appear to compromise antibody responses, even after accounting for severity. We conclude that SARS-CoV-2 infection elicits robust neutralizing antibody titres in most individuals.Three-dimensional (3D) nanocomposite (NC) printing has emerged as a major approach to translate nanomaterial physical properties to 3D geometries. However, 3D printing of conventional NCs with polymer matrix lacks control over nanomaterial connection that facilitates maximizing nanomaterial advantages. Thus, a printable NC that features nanomaterials matrix necessitates development, nevertheless, faces a challenge in preparation because of the trade-off between viscosity and interfacial stability. Here, we develop viscoelastic Pickering emulgels as NC inks through jamming nanomaterials on interfaces and in continuous phase. Emulgel composed of multiphases allow a vast range of composition options and superior printability. The excellent attributes initiate NC with spatial control over geometrics and functions through 3D printing of graphene oxide/phase-change materials emulgel, for instance. This versatile approach provides the means for architecting NCs with nanomaterial continuous phase whose performance does not constrain the vast array of available nanomaterials and allows for arbitrary hybridization and patterns. With the advent of the big data era, applications are more data-centric and energy efficiency issues caused by frequent data interactions, due to the physical separation of memory and computing, will become increasingly severe. Emerging technologies have been proposed to perform analog computing with memory to address the dilemma. Ferroelectric memory has become a promising technology due to field-driven fast switching and non-destructive readout, but endurance and miniaturization are limited. Here, we demonstrate the α-In2Se3 ferroelectric semiconductor channel device that integrates non-volatile memory and neural computation functions. Remarkable performance includes ultra-fast write speed of 40 ns, improved endurance through the internal electric field, flexible adjustment of neural plasticity, ultra-low energy consumption of 234/40 fJ per event for excitation/inhibition, and thermally modulated 94.74% high-precision iris recognition classification simulation. This prototypical demonstration lays the foundation for an integrated memory computing system with high density and energy efficiency.

To measure and expand the sitting workspace of participants with spinal cord injury (SCI) with the Trunk-Support-Trainer (TruST).
Columbia University.
TruST is a motorized-cable belt placed around the torso. Participants performed maximal trunk excursions along eight directions, radiating in a star-shape, to define their seated postural limits and workspace area (cm
). TruST was configured to apply "assist-as-needed" forces when the trunk moved beyond these postural limits. Kinematics were collected to examine trunk control. The clinical features of the sample (n = 5) were documented by neurological injury, dynamometry, the American Spinal Injury Association Impairment Scale, and Spinal Cord Independence Measure-III.
Statistical significance was examined with paired t-tests. Selpercatinib cell line TruST successfully recreated the postural limits of participants and expanded their active sitting workspace (Mean 123.3 ± SE 42.8 cm
, p < 0.05). Furthermore, participants improved their trunk excursions to posterior (Mean 5.1 ± SE 0.8 cm, p < 0.01), right (Mean 3.1 ± SE 1.1 cm, p < 0.05), and left (Mean 5.0 ± SE 1.7 cm, p = 0.05) directions with TruST-force field.
TruST can accurately define and expand the active seated workspace of people with SCI during volitional trunk movements. The capacity of TruST to deliver continuous force-feedback at the user's postural limits opens new frontiers to implement motor learning-based paradigms to retrain functional sitting in people with SCI.

However, alkenone-based SST reconstructions in the northern high latitude oceans show significant bias towards warmer temperatures in core-tops, diverge from other SST proxies in down core records, and are often accompanied by anomalously high relative abundance of the C37 tetra-unsaturated methyl alkenone (%C374). Elevated %C374 is widely interpreted as an indicator of low sea surface salinity from polar water masses, but its biological source has thus far remained elusive. Here we identify a lineage of Isochrysidales that is responsible for elevated C374 methyl alkenone in the northern high latitude oceans through next-generation sequencing and lab-culture experiments. This Isochrysidales lineage co-occurs widely with sea ice in marine environments and is distinct from other known marine alkenone-producers, namely Emiliania huxleyi and Gephyrocapsa oceanica.
