4 Sydney. Phylogenetic analysis of the 3CD region of the aichivirus A genome revealed the presence of two genotypes (A and C) in the study cohort. Astrovirus and sapovirus showed a high diversity, with five different astrovirus genotypes and four sapovirus genotypes, respectively. Our findings give new insights into the circulation and genetic diversity of enteric viruses in Gabonese children.Polyimide diffractive membrane lens can be used in space optical telescope to reduce the size and mass of an imaging system. However, traditional commercial aromatic polyimide membrane is hard to meet the challenging requirements of dimensional stability and optical homogeneity for optical use. Based on molecular structure design and the optimization of fabrication process, the prepared copolyamide-imide membrane achieved the desired performance of membrane as an optical material. It showed a very low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE), which is 0.95 ppm/°C over a temperature range of -150-100 °C and relatively low coefficient of moisture expansion (CME), which is only 13.30 ppm/% RH (0~90% RH). For the optical use, the prepared copolyamide-imide membrane (φ200 mm) achieved good thickness uniformity with wave-front error smaller than λ/30 (λ = 632 nm) in RMS (root mean square). Besides, it simultaneously meets the optical, thermal, and mechanical requirements for space telescope use. Copolyamide-imide membranes in this research with good comprehensive performance can be used as large aperture membrane optical system architectures. While the vision of synthetic biology is to create complex genetic systems in a rational fashion, system-level behaviors are often perplexing due to the context-dependent dynamics of modules. One major source of context-dependence emerges due to the limited availability of shared resources, coupling the behavior of disconnected components. Motivated by the ubiquitous role of toggle switches in genetic circuits ranging from controlling cell fate differentiation to optimizing cellular performance, here we reveal how their fundamental dynamic properties are affected by competition for scarce resources. Combining a mechanistic model with nullcline-based stability analysis and potential landscape-based robustness analysis, we uncover not only the detrimental impacts of resource competition, but also how the unbalancedness of the switch further exacerbates them. While in general both of these factors undermine the performance of the switch (by pushing the dynamics toward monostability and increased sensitivity to noise), we also demonstrate that some of the unwanted effects can be alleviated by strategically optimized resource competition. Our results provide explicit guidelines for the context-aware rational design of toggle switches to mitigate our reliance on lengthy and expensive trial-and-error processes, and can be seamlessly integrated into the computer-aided synthesis of complex genetic systems. In this paper, a manipulation planning method for object re-orientation based on semantic segmentation keypoint detection is proposed for robot manipulator which is able to detect and re-orientate the randomly placed objects to a specified position and pose. There are two main parts (1) 3D keypoint detection system; and (2) manipulation planning system for object re-orientation. In the 3D keypoint detection system, an RGB-D camera is used to obtain the information of the environment and can generate 3D keypoints of the target object as inputs to represent its corresponding position and pose. This process simplifies the 3D model representation so that the manipulation planning for object re-orientation can be executed in a category-level manner by adding various training data of the object in the training phase. In addition, 3D suction points in both the object's current and expected poses are also generated as the inputs of the next operation stage. During the next stage, Mask Region-Convolutional Neural Netwator. Then, according to the current and expected pose of the object, the spherical linear interpolation (Slerp) algorithm is used to generate a series of movements in the workspace for object re-orientation on the robot manipulator. WAY100635 In addition, the pose of the object is adjusted on the z-axis of the object's geodetic coordinate system based on the image features on the surface of the object, so that the pose of the placed object can approach the desired pose. Finally, a robot manipulator and a vacuum suction cup made by the laboratory are used to verify that the proposed system can indeed complete the planned task of object re-orientation.A mechanistic kinetic model of cobalt-hydrogen electrochemical competition for the cobalt removal process in zinc hydrometallurgical was proposed. In addition, to overcome the parameter estimation difficulties arising from the model nonlinearities and the lack of information on the possible value ranges of parameters to be estimated, a constrained guided parameter estimation scheme was derived based on model equations and experimental data. The proposed model and the parameter estimation scheme have two advantages (i) The model reflected for the first time the mechanism of the electrochemical competition between cobalt and hydrogen ions in the process of cobalt removal in zinc hydrometallurgy; (ii) The proposed constrained parameter estimation scheme did not depend on the information of the possible value ranges of parameters to be estimated; (iii) the constraint conditions provided in that scheme directly linked the experimental phenomenon metrics to the model parameters thereby providing deeper insights into the model parameters for model users. Numerical experiments showed that the proposed constrained parameter estimation algorithm significantly improved the estimation efficiency. Meanwhile, the proposed cobalt-hydrogen electrochemical competition model allowed for accurate simulation of the impact of hydrogen ions on cobalt removal rate as well as simulation of the trend of hydrogen ion concentration, which would be helpful for the actual cobalt removal process in zinc hydrometallurgy.
