Merupakan tahapan spermatosit primer bermitosis I membentuk spermatosit sekunder dan langsung terjadi meiosis II yaitu pembentukan spermatid, dari spermatosit sekunder.
3. Tahapan Spermiogenesis
Merupakan tahapan terakhir pembentukan spermatozoa, dimana terjadi transformasi dari spermatid menjadi spermatozoa.
