Bu konuda sizlere yetkililerin hangi kurallara uyması gerektiği hakkında ki bilgileri vereceğim ve sizlerin takım çalışma ortamına uymak için uymanız gereken bazı ipuçlarını vereceğim. Bu konudaki her şey sizlerin yetkili deneyimlerinizi bir adım öne çıkarmayı amaçlar.

Sunucuda ki yetkililere saygılı olmalısınız ve tabi ki onlarda sizlere aynı şekilde saygılı olmak zorundadırlar !
İkinci olarak sunucumuzda bir rekabet istemesek de oluşmaktadır ! Ve bunun sonucunda değişik kavgalar çıkabilir. Lütfen bu durumlarda soğukkanlılığınızı koruyunuz !
Eğer yetkiniz yetmeyen bir işe karışıyor sanız lütfen öncelikle bir üst yetkiliye danışınız.
Moderatörler arası iş paylaşımı sizler için en önemli şeydir. Eğer bunu kendi aranızda düzgün olarak ayarlayabilirseniz emin olun bunlar üst yetkililerin hoşuna gidecektir !
Forumda, teamspeak'te veya herhangi bir platformda diğer yetkili arkadaşlarınıza karşın saygınızı koruyunuz !
Eğer bir başka yetkilinin size saygısızlık yaptığını düşünüyorsanız bunu diğer üst yetkililere bildirebilirsiniz !
