The staff supported Hayden by keeping him inside the facility in a safe environment, receiving the necessary medical care, and ensuring his health and safety. They also supported him by preparing his dinner, chicken nuggets and a salad with ranch dressing, along with a bottle of soda and water. They also provided him with his medications on time. Hayden goes to his medical appointments with his parents. That evening, Hayden was playing video games and enjoying himself until he fell asleep at 7:00 PM.

Staff occasionally support Hayden with weekly activities, but he prefers individual activities within the center. He often plays video games on his iPad, watches children's series on YouTube, or listens to nursery rhymes. Hayden sometimes does activities on his own. Staff participate in some activities with him, but he doesn't like anyone touching his toys or equipment. He prefers individual activities and independence without needing support. This evening, he was playing video games and enjoying himself until the power went out at the facility.

The supported Hayden with awareness, guidance, and advice to guide him on the right path. They explain how to behave outside the facility, how to use transportation, and how to cross roads. Sometimes, he's accompanied by a team that provides him with the necessary protection to avoid any mistakes. He's smart and knows this well.

The staff supported Hayden by maintaining his health and personal hygiene to avoid harmful bacteria and germs that cause respiratory illnesses, colds, and other illnesses, ensuring he remained healthy. If he developed pneumonia, he was treated, followed medical instructions, and provided support with antibiotics and hot drinks.

The staff supports Hayden in the event of suspected pneumonia by contacting medical care immediately so he can receive effective treatment and breathing devices to prevent shortness of breath, and by providing him with care and following the necessary medical instructions for his safety.

The staff supports Hayden if he suffers a fall, fracture, or any physical injury by providing first aid, caring for the injured limb, and immediate contact with medical and emergency care until he receives the necessary treatment.

Hayden has never had a seizure before, and if he does have one, the staff will provide him with support, first aid, and contact medical care until he is treated and improves.

The staff supported Hayden by helping him shower that evening, putting on clean clothes, and placing his dirty clothes in the laundry basket. They also helped him bathe and wash his hair and body with soap to remove dirt and sweat. Hayden is well aware of this, but he is being monitored because he sometimes washes without soap or shampoo. Hayden takes care of his appearance, styling his hair and choosing his favorite clothes without any support or assistance.

The staff supported Hayden by listening to him speak. He speaks well and pronounces letters well, writes and spells well, and spells correctly. He is intelligent and quick-witted. He knows how to function in society.

The staff supported Hayden by giving him his medication on time with a glass of water and ensuring he swallowed it. The staff also provided him with medical care and attention, following all necessary medical and treatment instructions. Hayden is in good health, and there has been no change in his condition. He is fine.

The staff supports Hayden by helping him wash, dry, and return his clothes to his room, where he arranges them and places them in his wardrobe under the staff's supervision. This occurs weekly.

The staff has never supported Hayden in shopping because Hayden's parents buy all his needs. There is communication between Hayden and his parents via Hayden's iPad to tell them what he wants and it is delivered to the facility or when his mother visits him every Sunday she brings him the items he wants.

Hayden's staff supported him by preparing meals he likes to eat. Examples include leafy greens like lettuce and carrots, mixed greens salad with ranch dressing and a little cheddar cheese if available, chicken burgers, beef burgers, jam with peanut butter, or chicken nuggets with french fries. This is his favorite food, along with soda and chocolate. If any of these items are present in Hayden's meal, he is at the top of his list. These are his favorite foods.
