Belimbing atau Belimbing Manis adalah tumbuhan penghasil buah berbentuk khas yang berasal dari Indonesia, India, dan Sri Langka. Saat ini, belimbing telah tersebar ke penjuru Asia Tenggara, Republik Dominika, Brasil, Peru, Ghana, Guyana, Tonga, dan Polinesia.
Buah belimbing berwarna kuning kehijauan. Saat baru tumbuh, buahnya berwarna hijau. Jika dipotong, buah ini mempunyai penampang yang berbentuk bintang. Berbiji kecil dan berwarna coklat. Buah ini renyah saat dimakan, rasanya manis dan sedikit asam. Belimbing mengandung banyak vitamin C. Belimbing dapat dijadikan acar buah dan wine buah.
Tidak semua orang bisa menikmati belimbing manis karena mengandung asam oxalat yang konsentrasi asamnya tinggi, serta kandungan gulanya juga tinggi.
Salah satu jenis dari belimbing ada yang disebut dengan belimbing wuluh. Belimbing ini sering digunakan untuk bumbu masakan, terutama untuk memberi rasa asam pada masakan.
