Verify that Cccc personnel reviewed the FA report and provided consolidated feedback indicating whether any assets require impairment, write-off, disposal, or no action.
Inspect whether appropriate supporting documents and approvals were obtained and sent to BPO along with SNOW ticket for processing requested actions.
Confirm that BPO FA Team executed the approved request in SAP and sent posting confirmation back to Cccc via SNOW or email.
If feedback was not received, check that the escalation process was initiated and that BPO followed up as per the procedure.
Verify that the final checklist and correspondence were retained in SharePoint by the BPO team as per the retention guidelines.
