1) On the homepage, I'd like to add a banner with text and a clickable box. How do I do this in my theme? I can do this-just need some direction.
2) Essentially, for the clickable skinny banner, I'd like it to say:
Now Offering Aerial Drone Video with a box next to it that says "Learn More"
When they click on the box, it will take them to: http://delackmediagroup.com/corporateblog/chicago-aerial-drone-video/1175/
I attached a screenshot showing where I wanted the banner to go (see red arrows).

3) You will also notice in the attached screenshot that I started getting this message today. When I go to the homepage, I see this "Rats! WebGL hit a snag" message. Is that just my computer or is everyone getting that message?
4) For the other larger box (screenshot attached of location-LargeBoxIcons.jpg), I wanted to put two columns of clickable text with clickable icons next to them:

Live Event Coverage
You can just put placeholders for the urls for now. I'll put them in. That's essentially what I was trying to do...
