[b]Detailed explanation of what happened:[/b] I reported this guy many many many many times because he evading in-game ban but last time he evaded forum ban I didn't report him but someone reported him at forum and he got ban but the admins forgot to ban him in-game for evading (◔◡◔)

8-He already got banned at forum for evading but admins didn't ban him in-game
