I HAVE A DOWNTIME SHEET
WHERE COLUMNS AS (Date(C1) Downtime in Mins Comment Demand Issued(2.50) Indirect recovery Posting (0.60) Check Posting (0.60) ESH Assignment & Update Remitt Add (0.30) SS Ownership and Strategy update (0.60) ESH/GW Ownership (0.30)(k1)

HOW THOSE THINGS CALCULATE I WILL GIVE YOU EXAMPLE
Let say on in claims count sheet a person does claim 30 on 8/4/25 and they have a downtime on same date is 120 min, Demand Issued(2.50) on same date is 2 , Indirect recovery Posting (0.60) on same date is also 2 and all other column have same 2 count till ESH/GW Ownership (0.30).
So how the production count for the same date
Our daily target is 30
So we did 30 claims
and other downtime also and rest other work too
30 claims + 120/16(downtime) + 2*2.50 + 2*0.60 + 2*.60 + 2*0.30 + 2*0.60 + 2*0.30
47.3
so overall production percentage is 157.66%
Thats how this calculate.
Now you have to help me that if someone mention the date then thats respective cell show the percentage of that day so please make the excel formula for that and i want to add this forumla in claims count sheet and also advise me the cell name too
