The same is debited to your card account for the various facilities extended on your card account. It is as per the terms and conditions and schedule of service charges applicable for your card facility.

Please note that, the annual fee is applicable for your card ending 5196. Hence, the annual fee will be levied to your card account every year on card fee date and the same is an automated process.

However we note from our records that the annual fee was reversed as a service gesture in the year 2014. Hence we regret our inability to accommodate your request and waive the same this year.
