A comparative analysis of computational frameworks and theories underpinning temperature-dependent modeling of enzyme properties within metabolic networks, involving both kinetic and constraint-based approaches, is presented. Finally, we present a synthesis of insights from computational approaches, enabling the fusion of omics data from temperature-regulated experiments with metabolic network models, and subsequently evaluate the ensuing biotechnological applications. In the final analysis, we provide insight into how the integration of machine learning and models across cellular layers can bolster various metabolic modeling strategies, thereby improving model-driven comprehension of temperature impacts within biotechnological contexts.

When accounting for multiple control variables, the disparities based on race/ethnicity remained statistically significant (p<0.005).
