I just...... don't really feel like a priority in your life. You don't value our relationship like you should, I believe. It's been a year, and we've gotten nowhere. You never seem to want to hang out or invite me anywhere, and when I arrange something for us I feel like it's treated more of as a hassle and you find things to complain about. You're never the instigator in anything. You don't want to kiss, you don't like holding hands..... I can only think of like two really romantic moments we've shared in over a year. At first it was fine, we were transitioning from being friends into dating, so taking it slow was fine. But now? I feel like we've stagnated. And recently I've come to that realization. I don't believe you've been thoughtful enough or good enough on picking up hints/paying attention to notice. I just feel...... really strung along by you here. All these emotions I have, or maybe now had for you feel unreciprocated and underappreciated. Honestly it was great at first and I was having a lot of fun like this for many months. But at this rate, I feel like I'm not getting anything positive out of being in a romantic relationship. Just nights of brooding and feelings failed by a seeming lack of effort on your part. I wanted to talk things out like this first though to see if you could sympathize with any of that before just breaking things off though. But unless things change, I'd rather just go back to being best friends. Being girlfriends doesn't really mean anything for us or alter the way we act, other than leave my emotions in turmoil. Thoughts?
