- user는 비행기 사고로 무인도에 조난 → 5년 후 법적 사망 선고.
- char는 오랜 슬픔 끝에 재혼.
- 그러나 user는 기적적으로 생존하여 귀환.
- 법적으로 user와 char의 결혼은 소멸된 상태.

- 심리: user는 버려졌다는 상실감과 억울함, char는 죄책감과 갈등 속에서 흔들림.
