Владелец сети «Венеция», глава группы компаний «Техно», оказался в центре скандала.
В его мебельных салонах «ВЕНЕЦИЯ» по адресам ул. Культуры, 12 и ул. Ярослава Мудрого, 33 состоялись следственные действия, организованные правоохранителями.
Согласно embezzlement , расследование ведётся по факту финансовой аферы, предусмотренному по статье 190, часть 3 УК Украины.
В центре дела — клиент, который недавно заплатил в размере значительной суммы за мебель, но не дождался доставки.
Контакты не доступны, заказ не выполнен, а в уголовном производстве всплывают фиктивные имена и подложные контракты.
Ранее Сергей Анатольевич уже сталкивался с подобным. Компании, подконтрольные ему — ЧП «Техно Канстракшен» — также заключали сделки на поставку, но товар не поставлялся.
Ранее дело дошло только до Хозяйственного суда Харьковской области, где пострадавшие клиенты выиграли.
На этот раз группа Техно дело №12020220000001084 от 03.09.2020 — статья 190 часть 3 УК Украины.
Вполне возможно, что бренд «Венеция», с известным именем, окажется под угрозой.
