To analyze the implications of the Nursing Care Systematization in Brazilian professional practice. Theoretical and reflective study, which listed as analytical categories the regulatory framework of systematization, the implications for professional practice, the limits and possibilities. In the legal frameworks, an evolution of understanding about Systematization was identified, which resulted in an update in the resolution that deals with the theme. It is emphasized that the implications for professional practice can be elucidated when the concepts, method, personnel and instruments are better understood, the three pillars of systematization, since they do not have conceptual and operational definitions in the current resolution. The lack of conceptual clarity about the term, as well as the lack of conceptual and operational definitions of its pillars and constituent elements, have made the understanding of the Nursing Care Systematization difficult, impacting the perception of its contribution to professional practice, since it is not rarely used as a synonym for the Nursing Process. The production of knowledge about Systematization must consider its limits and possibilities. Thus, contributing to the demarcation of the production of knowledge that is representative of this epistemological object.
To describe the perceptions of homeless people on Avenida Paulista in the city of São Paulo regarding access to health devices in the region.

This is a qualitative research conducted with 10 people who were homeless on Avenida Paulista in January 2019. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, and analysis of the findings was made using hermeneutics-dialectics. Two categories of results were created Health services accessed in the region by homeless people; Barriers to health access faced by homeless people on Avenida Paulista, São Paulo. This study obtained ethical approval.

Seeking emergency services occurs as the main gateway for homeless people in the region, and among the barriers faced, prejudice is placed as the main phenomenon.

It is necessary to consider the specificities of this population, understand their conceptions of health-disease and their trajectories so that services can be improved and access to health for this vulnerable and growing group can be guaranteed.

To analyze and to compare fluency parameters in spontaneous speech and reading and reading comprehension of school-age children who stutter and who do not stutter.

Cross-sectional and prospective study approved by the Research Ethics Committee. Sample consisted of 30 scholars aged 8 and 11 years and 11 months divided into two groups Study Group with 15 school-age children who stutter, Control Group with 15 school-age children who do not stutter. Participants underwent fluency evaluation of spontaneous speech, reading of expository and narrative texts, and reading comprehension evaluation. Inferential statistical analysis was conducted using the Mann-Whitney tests and correlation analysis was conducted using the Spearman's Coefficient test.

The comparison between the fluency parameters indicated that school-age children who stutter showed a greater amount of stuttering-like disfluencies, while school-age children who do not stutter showed longer flows of syllables and words per minute, in spontaneous spe reduce the consequences of stuttering and provide learning of this school-age children.Primary healthcare is essential for dealing with the iniquities marking rural and remote territories. A review of the international literature can foster better understanding of the strategies developed in central rural health issues. The article's objective was to identify and analyze the challenges in access, organization of healthcare, and health workforce in primary care in rural areas. An integrative literature review was performed to search for scientific articles published from 2000 to 2019 in the Cochrane and MEDLINE databases and specific rural health journals. The search yielded 69 articles, categorized as addressing access, organization of healthcare, or health workforce. The findings' main themes were analyzed. Articles classified as access presented the following central themes geographic aspects, patients' needs to travel for care, and access to hospital and specialized services. Articles on organization of healthcare dealt with structure and inputs, functioning of health services, and community-based management.
