Ketika bayi lemur baru lahir ia akan melekat dan menempel pada perut induknya untuk menyusu, sampai 2-4 minggu baru aktif bergerak ke punggung induknya dan mengeksplorasi lingkungan untuk mencari makanan bersama induknya.
Makanan utama lemur adalah buah-buahan dan sayuran
Jika di hutan liar mereka makan dedaunan, bunga, bermacam getah, termasuk kulit kayu yang telah kering dan pada malam hari lemur suka mencari serangga.
Di habitat aslinya lemur hidup berkelompok pada saat makan dan berjemur di pagi hari sebelum makan dengan melipatkan kaki depan seperti meditasi yoga manusia dan mengarahkan perutnya ke matahari
hewan ini seperti manusia ya
Setiap kelompok terdiri dari 3-24 ekor dan lebih dominan jantan (lebih banyak)
Lemur mempertahankan diri dengan cara mengeluarkan bau dari pergelangan tangan yang digosokkan ke ekor dan mengibas-ngibaskannya ke musuh dan uniknya mereka memiliki berbagai jenis vocal untuk berkomunikasi satu dengan lainnya.
