The staff sometimes supported Brandy by washing the plate and cup he ate breakfast on, but sometimes the staff does the job for him.

The staff supported Brandy to stay inside the facility safely and take care of his health by giving him his medication on time this morning with a glass of water and making sure he swallowed the medication to ensure his health and safety. He's a responsive person to a change of routine.

The staff supported Brandy in practicing his favorite activity because Brandy has many talents and activities. He loves playing the piano and singing. However, in the evening he cannot play loud music because it disturbs the other residents. He only enjoys singing and humming. This morning Brandy was listening to songs while lying on his bed.

The staff supported Brandy in building social communication skills, building friendships with others, and speaking loudly or in a high tone so that others can enjoy him and avoid embarrassment because he is shy, but he is social and loves to participate in dialogue and talk with others and also with the staff, so he is doing well now

The staff supported Hayden to be calm so that he avoids bad behaviors and acting aggressively. For example, Hayden asks for things that are not available in the facility. He wants them immediately. The staff explains to him that this item is not available now, but later. After this explanation, he understands without issuing bad behavior. This morning, Hayden was wonderful and calm.

The staff supported Hayden with healthcare and care by giving him his medication in the morning on time with a glass of water. The staff ensures that Hayden swallows the medication, which he accepts without complaint. Hayden's parents take him to his doctor appointments.

The staff supported Hayden with his daily activities. Hayden likes to do solo activities such as playing on the iPad, watching TV, or browsing YouTube. This morning Hayden did not do any activities. He went back to sleep.
