Dear Dan Moynihan
I am writing this to appeal and have a opportunity to attend Harris City Academy Crystal Palace again. This is regarding the decision made by Miss Cumberatch the principle of the school and her decision to give permanent exclusion. I hope you carefully can read & understand my perspective of this unfair upsetting decision for me to go through.
It started around the beginning of June to when Aj (Augustus) & his friends made my life a misery during the days of me attending the academy. Him and his friends one being Reuben (that has been permanently excluded from the academy previously last term) started off by saying things that really disheartened me as a person by making fun of my appearance & ethnicity. Such as: ''Paki Warrior'', ''Your dads a smelly cab driver'', ''Your Mums been in this country for so long and still sounds like a dumb indian that cant speak english'', ''Curry breath boy is here'' (Shouted down all corridors when seen) ''4 eyes'', ''You look like you have down syndrome.'' He would always use to say ''go back to your country you terrorist'' & ''go back to ISIS'' These comments were always said when I was seen by AJ and his friends which made the crowd laugh in result i became really depressed & antisocial at times to not even want to attend school.
Then after a week or two the problem excellerated. He began to step on my lases, budge me in the corridor, trip me up, slam the doors against my face and hide my bag. Even after all of this I still refused to retaliate knowing i'm on a very high chance of possibly getting permanent exclusion. After all of these incidents that would constantly occur only one was every caught by a teacher and CCTV. This was when Aj announced to his friends that he was going to ''smack me'' and said to them ''I'm going to smack him since he cant do nothing'' by this he meant 'nothing' being him knowing I'm on my last warning therefore he proceeded one day to approach me with his friends during me trying to attend a lesson and said ''Im gonna fuck you up & smack you'' I kept 100 percent composed & cool then only smiled as an reaction. This made Aj very angry as I didn't show a sign of fear to his verbal intimidation this caused him to attempt to hit me but then a teacher called Mr. Rahman prevented him by running quickly in between and grab Aj away from me. After Aj hit the wall with such aggression and force that made a loud bang. This was all witnessed on CCTV so then after Aj & I was escorted to write a statement to what happened but as Mr. Rahman and my statement were matching Aj got a day in inclusion.
So after Aj's time in inclusion later on that day while walking home after (basically my whole year) just finished witnessing a fight between two females one being a virgo student and one being a Harris student in my year named Kaitlyn. The whole of my year and more approached me while being in contact with Aj, They approached me and a lot of people shouted & announced ''2 fights! 2 fights!'' and shouted ''AJ AND LUHAN! AJ AND LUHAN!'' So then I went to the bus stop to go home but in the process of that someone shouted Aj's there! So I moved away from the bus stop as the bus still hasn't arrived and tried to take a short cut through a park and walk all the way home but then the crowd ran in front of me and surrounded me and made a ring around me and Aj.
