The prevalence of measles IgG was significantly associated with the parent's employment status (X 2 =11.67, p=0.008). However, the prevalence of measles virus IgM was significantly associated with children's age (X 2 =16.62, p=0.002), parents' employment status and children's vaccination status (X 2 =7.72, p=0.02). Conclusion A majority of study participants were not immunised against measles, and a significant number of participants had serological evidence of acute measles virus infection. There is a need for more concerted and massive measles vaccination of children.
Positive psychiatry shifts the focus of geriatric mental healthcare beyond studying disorders and psychopathology to studying factors that contribute to mental well-being and successful aging. An increasing number of interventional studies are using treatments that target modifiable positive psychosocial characteristics (PPCs) and study their impact on mental health. Here we provide an overview of the literature on positive psychiatry interventions using illustrative examples of interventions targeting social connectedness, meaning in life, wisdom, and resilience.

There is growing evidence that PPCs are modifiable constructs that may be associated with improved well-being, physical health, and mental health outcomes.

The preliminary evidence summarized in this narrative review indicates that positive psychiatry interventions targeting social connectedness, meaning in life, wisdom, and resilience can improve overall well-being and other positive health outcomes amongst older adults. This article aims to summarize current research on digital health for assessment and intervention targeting tobacco and cannabis co-use and to answer the following questions Which digital tools have been used? Which populations have been targeted? And what are implications for future research?

Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA) via text messages or interactive voice response calls has been used to capture co-use patterns within a time window or co-administration of both substances via blunts among young adults. Feasibility of multicomponent interventions targeting dual cessation of both substances among adult co-users with cannabis use disorder, delivered via smartphone apps, online, and computer modules has been demonstrated.

Fibroblast growth factor-inducible 14 (Fn14) is a cytokine receptor which involves several intercellular signaling pathways and can be highly expressed in the surface of cancer cells. Since the cleavage of enzymatic domain of Pseudomonas exotoxin A (PE) occurs in one step by furin protease, we fused enzymatic subunit of Shiga-like toxin type 2a (Stx2a) with domain II and a portion of Ib of PE to increase the toxicity of Stx. Then, we genetically fused the Fv fragment of an anti-Fn14 monoclonal antibody (P4A8) to STX2a-PE15 and evaluated the STX2a-PE15-P4A8 chimeric protein as a new immunotoxin candidate. In silico analysis showed that the STX2a-PE15-P4A8 is a stable chimeric protein with high affinity to the Fn14 receptor. Despite, the STX2a-PE15-P4A8 can be bind to the B cell receptor, but it has been weakly presented by major histocompatibility complex molecules II (MHC-II).
