Based on this, the deformation mechanism of the different creep stages, including crystal structure, dislocation, and diffusion, has been explored. It is observed that the high-temperature creep performance of nanocrystalline TiAl alloy is significantly affected by temperature and stress. The higher is the temperature and stress, the greater the TiAl alloy's steady-state creep rate and the faster the rapid creep stage. Smaller grain size accelerates the creep process due to the large volume fraction of the grain boundary. In the steady-state deformation stage, two kinds of creep mechanisms are manly noted, i.e., dislocation motion and grain boundary diffusion. At the same temperature, the creep mechanism is dominated by the dislocation motion in a high-stress field, and the creep mechanism is dominated by the diffusion creep in the low-stress field. However, it is observed to be mainly controlled by the grain boundary diffusion and lattice diffusion in the rapid creep stage.Encephalitis resulting from viral infections is a major cause of hospitalization and death worldwide. Recent research has focused on deciphering the role of microglia during WNV encephalitis. Microglia play a protective role during infections by limiting viral growth and reducing mortality in mice. However, it also appears that activated microglia are triggered by T cells to mediate synaptic elimination at late times during infection, which may contribute to long-term neurological deficits following a neuroinvasive WNV infection. This review will discuss the important role of microglia in the pathogenesis of a neuroinvasive WNV infection. At the 3' terminus of the M112-113 gene, three poly(A) signals (PASs) are arranged closely, forming a PAS cluster. We asked whether it is necessary to have the PAS cluster for the M112-113 gene and wondered which PAS is required or important for M112-113 gene expression. In this study, we mutated one, two, or all three PASs in expressing plasmids. Then, we applied bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) techniques to mutate PASs in viruses. Gene expression and viral replication were analyzed. We found that not all three PASs are needed for M112-113 gene expression. Moreover, we revealed that just one of the three poly(A)s is enough for MCMV replication. However, the deletion of all three PASs did not kill MCMV, although it significantly attenuated viral replication. Finally, an mRNA stability assay was performed and demonstrated that PASs are important to stabilize M112-113 mRNA. Therefore, we conclude that just one of the PASs of the M112-113 gene is sufficient and important for MCMV replication through the stabilization of M112-113 mRNA.Adapalene (ADP) is a representative of the third retinoids generation and successfully used in first-line acne treatment. Additionally, some neurodegenerative diseases could be treated with a suitable formulation for intravenous administration. The antibacterial activity against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus of an analogue of ADP has been proven. In different therapeutic schemes, ADP is more effective in combination with other active substances.
