Both groups attended 10 sessions of Swedish massage, and the study group additionally attended MET-sessions. Sleep disturbances were assessed with the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI).

A significant improvement in terms of sleep disturbances was seen in both groups. The MET group demonstrated improvement in all PSQI components. In the control group, the improvement included only 4 components of the index.

Massage therapy combined with relaxing METs may be more effective than massage therapy alone in this group of patients.To improve the quality of vegetarian meatloaves (VMs) made from textured wheat protein, the effects of different treatments (Vacuum, ultrasound and vacuum ultrasound) were compared in terms of texture, moisture distribution, microstructure and chemical bonding interactions. After vacuum, ultrasonic, and vacuum ultrasonic treatments, the hardness of VMs increased by 78%, 66%, 176% respectively. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that surface of VMs was smoother and the structure was tighter after vacuum ultrasonic treatment. In addition, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) analysis showed that the moisture in VMs was evenly distributed after vacuum ultrasonic treatment. According to the optical maps observed by spectrofluorimetry and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), the fluorescence value and relative content of β-sheet increased after vacuum ultrasonic treatment. Furthermore, the protein was cross-linked and hydrophobic interactions increased after vacuum ultrasonic treatment. Results showed that texture of VMs after vacuum ultrasonic treatment was closer to that of beef patties.The study aimed to improve the quality of dry-processed coffee grown at low altitudes through yeast inoculation, using three species (Saccharomyces cerevisiae CCMA 0543, Torulaspora delbrueckii CCMA 0684, and Candida parapsilosis CCMA 0544) singly and with co-inoculation for fermentation. Important chemical compounds and groups were analyzed by liquid and gas chromatography and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The inoculated coffees with yeast populations around 106 cell/g obtained the highest scores, and the co-inoculation with C. parapsilosis CCMA 0544 and T. delbrueckii CCMA 0684 had the highest score in the sensory analysis (85). Different descriptors were observed in each treatment, and body, flavor, balance, and aftertaste are strongly related to C. parapsilosis CCMA 0544. The fermentation process improved the quality of low-altitude coffees, and the combination of non-Saccharomyces yeasts (C. parapsilosis CCMA 0544 and T. delbrueckii CCMA 0684) was the most indicated as starter cultures.Legumes are the main sources of folates which are not synthesized in the human body. The five folate species 5-methyl tetrahydrofolate, tetrahydrofolate, pteroyl glutamate, 5-formyl tetrahydrofolate and 10-formyl tetrahydrofolate were quantitatively determined in legumes seeds and sprouts by a newly developed and validated high performance thin layer chromatography method. High resolution plate imaging hyphenated to mass spectrometry was exploited for fingerprint analysis of tested samples. Results indicated that germination of all seeds resulted in a 2.5-4 fold increase in the content of total folates as well as the individual vitamers. The total amount of folate reached a maximum on the fifth day in the case of black-eyed peas (861 μg/100 g Fresh Weight), white beans (755 μg/100 g FW) and brown lentils (681 μg/100 g FW). 5-CH3-H4 folate was found to be the most dominating folate species reaching its maximum content in day 5 sprouts of black-eyed peas (490 μg/100 g FW).To explore the potential application of proteases from soybean seedlings in the debittering of soybean protein hydrolysates, soybean seeds were germinated from 1 to 10 days. It was found that the sixth day seedlings exhibited highest proteases activity (130 U/g). After partial purification, the activity of proteases (PSP) from the sixth day seedlings further increased to 2675 U/g. In addition, PSP exhibited maximum activity at 50 ℃ and pH 5.5, and mainly comprised of two proteins with the molecular weight of 64.57 and 25.12 kDa respectively. PSP could decrease the bitterness score of the soybean protein isolate hydrolysate (SPIH) produced by Alcalase 2.4L from 3.45 to 0 in 3 h. Meanwhile, the degree of hydrolysis of SPIH slightly increased from 11.87% to 15.61% without reducing the antioxidant activity. This study may provide a solution to the contradiction between removing the bitterness of soybean protein hydrolysates and maintaining the bioactivity.Recently, tracking models based on bounding box regression (such as region proposal networks), built on the Siamese network, have attracted much attention. click here Despite their promising performance, these trackers are less effective in perceiving the target information in the following two aspects. In this paper, we propose an adaptive ensemble perception tracking framework to address these issues. Specifically, we first construct a per-pixel prediction model, which predicts the target state at each pixel of the correlated feature. On top of the per-pixel prediction model, we then develop a confidence-guided ensemble prediction mechanism. The ensemble mechanism adaptively fuses the predictions of multiple pixels with the guidance of confidence maps, which enlarges the perception range and enhances the adaptive perception ability at the object-level.
