The efficacy and safety of low-dose anti-PD1 antibodies in relapsed/refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) require confirmation. Pembrolizumab (100 mg every 3 weeks, Q3W) or nivolumab (40 mg Q2W) were administered to patients with relapsed/refractory cHL. In the pembrolizumab cohort (N = 11), who had failed a median of three (1-6) therapies (brentuximab vedotin [BV] 91%; autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation [auto-HSCT] 18%), the overall response rate (ORR) by positron emission tomography-computed tomography was 100% (metabolic complete response [mCR] 73%; partial response [PR] 27%). Median cumulative dose for achieving best response was 400 (300-800) mg. Median progression-free survival (PFS) was 35 months. Median overall survival (OS) was not reached. Adverse events (AEs) of grade 1-2 were observed in three patients. In the nivolumab cohort (N = 6), who had failed a median of three (2-6) therapies (BV 50%; auto-HSCT 17%; allogeneic HSCT 34%), the ORR was 100% (mCR 67%; PR 17%; indeterminate response 17%). Median cumulative dose for achieving best response was 160 (160-360) mg. Median PFS was 33 months. Median OS was not reached. AEs of grade 1-2 were observed in four patients, two of whom had pre-existing autoimmune conditions. Five patients with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) positive Reed-Sternberg cells underwent monitoring of plasma EBV DNA, which became negative in four mCR patients but remained positive in one PR patient who died ultimately from refractory lymphoma. Low-dose pembrolizumab and nivolumab were highly efficacious and safe in relapsed/refractory cHL. These observations have significant financial implications in resource-constrained settings.We aimed to evaluate the possible effects of seasonal variation on semen parameters. We retrospectively analysed the data of 6,116 semen samples collected at a university hospital for eight years. The past ambient temperature, relative humidity and daylight duration records, and birth registry of the province were obtained to examine the relationship of seasonal changes in semen parameters with annual birth rates and environmental factors. The mean age was 33.03 ± 6.86 years. We found a significant difference between months for sperm concentration (p less then .0001), total sperm count (p less then .0001), progressively motile sperm count (p less then .0001) and normal sperm morphology (p = .028). The sperm concentration and total count were significantly lower in July and August compared with December, May and June. The progressively motile sperm count in October was 23.6% less than the value of May. The temperature and temperature-humidity index were negatively correlated with semen parameters. ENOblock The highest number of births was in the summer. However, no correlation was present between deliveries and the semen concentration regarding months (rs = 0.199, p = .083). In conclusion, we observed significant seasonal and monthly differences in sperm concentration, sperm count and progressively motile sperm count. Increased ambient temperature due to seasonal changes may be a detrimental factor for semen parameters.We reported our initial experience of robotic-assisted laparoscopic artery-sparing varicocelectomy using indocyanine green (ICG) fluorescence angiography in treatment of varicocele. A total of 45 varicocelectomies in 27 patients were performed. The mean operation time was 49.1 ± 8.5 min for unilateral and 65.6 ± 8.3 min for bilateral repair. 47.2 s after ICG injection, testicular artery (TA) was visualised. After an interval of 31.3 s, fluorescent veins were identified. Of all the 45 spermatic cords, 68.9% had a solitary artery, while 31.1% had 2 arteries. The mean hospital stay was 1.6 ± 0.9 days. Semen concentration and motility were significantly improved 6 months after surgery, no recurrence, hydrocele or testicular atrophy was observed. Our study demonstrated that robotic-assisted laparoscopic artery-sparing varicocelectomy using ICG fluorescence angiography is a safe, effective and promising technique in treatment of varicocele.
In the last years, prepectoral breast reconstruction has increased its popularity, becoming a standard reconstructive technique by preserving pectoralis major anatomy and functionality. Nevertheless, the lack of solid and extensive data negatively impacts on surgeons' correct information about postoperative complication rates and proper patient selection. This study aims to collect the largest evidence on this procedure.

A multicentre retrospective audit, promoted by the Barcelona Hospital, collected the experience of 30 centers on prepectoral breast reconstruction with Braxon ADM. The study had the scientific support of INPECS and IIB societies which provided the online database Clinapsis.

A total of 1450 procedures were retrospectively collected in a 6-year period. Mean age 52.4 years, BMI 23.9, follow-up 22.7 months. Reconstruction was carried out after a tumor in 77.1% of the cases, 20.1% had prophylactic surgery, 2.8% had revisions. Diabetes, smoke, and immunosuppression had an influence on complications occurrence, as well as implant weight. Capsular contracture was associated with postoperative radiotherapy, but the overall rate was low (2.1%). Complications led to implant loss in 6.5% of the cases.

The international Braxon Audit Group multicentre data collection represents a milestone in the field of breast reconstruction, extensively improving the knowledge on this procedure.This study aimed to relate school diversity approaches to continuity and change in teacher-student relationships, comparing Belgian-majority (N = 1,875, Mage = 14.56) and Turkish and Moroccan-minority adolescents (N = 1,445, Mage = 15.07). Latent-Growth-Mixture-Models of student-reported teacher support and rejection over 3 years revealed three trajectories per group normative-positive (high support, low rejection) and decreasing-negative (moderate support, high-decreasing rejection) for both groups, increasing-negative (moderate support, low-increasing rejection) for minority, moderate-positive (moderate support, low rejection) for majority youth. Trajectories differed between age groups. Student and teacher perceptions of equality and multiculturalism afforded, and assimilationism threatened, normative-positive trajectories for minority youth. Diversity approaches had less impact on majority trajectories. Normative-positive trajectories were related to improved school outcomes; they were less likely, but more beneficial for minority than majority youth.
