rey classification of coronal process and immobilization time of elbow joint after operation, has good distinguishing capacity and consistency. Thepredictive model could help clinicians to identify high risk population and establish appropriate intervention strategies.
To evaluate early clinical effects of bioabsorbable suture anchors for the treatment of Bankart lesion.
Total 23 patients with the Bankart lesion were treated with arthroscopic repair using bioabsorbable suture anchors from January 2010 to June 2017. There were 20 males and 3 females, with an average age of (23.4±3.9) years old (ranged, 19 to 34 years old). Fourteen patients had injuries on the right shoulder joint and 9 patients had the injuries on the left side. The mechanism of primary dislocation included 17 cases of training, 5 cases of sports injury and 1 case of falling down. The mean interval time from injury to surgery was(10.9±5.8) months (ranged, 3 to 36 months). The Bankart lesion was repaired by bio-cortical suture anchors. The Rowes rating system for Bankart repair was used to evaluate therapeutic effects.
All 23 patients were followed up, with a mean duration of(24.5±3.7) months(ranged, 18 to 39 months). At the latest follow up, there was no recurrent dislocation occurred, and all patients had returned to sports and work. The Rowes rating system for Bankart repair was 53.91±11.67 pre-operationally and 91.74±12.30 post operationally, respectively (
<0.01). According to the Rowes rating system, there were 0 case of excellent, 0 case of fine, 9 cases of good and 14 cases of bad pre-operationally;16 cases of excellent, 4 case of fine, 3 cases of good and 0 cases of bad post operationally;the difference was statistically significant (
<0.01).
Applying bio-cortical bone suture anchors for the Bankart lesion is a reliable, efficient and cost effective treatment, which is also suitable for the revision of the Bankart lesion.

To evaluate clinical effects of Double-pulley dual row technique with shoulder arthroscopy in treating scapular glenoid fracture(Ideberg typeⅠ).
From July 2017 to March 2019, 8 patiens with scapular glenoid fracture (Ideberg typeⅠ) were treated with Double-pulley dual-row technique with shoulder arthroscopy, including 7 males and 1 female;5 cased of injuries in the left shoulder, 3 cased of injuries in the right shoulder;ranging in age from 22 to 56 years old; and the time from injury to operation ranged from 3 to 10 days. X-ray and CT of shoulder joint were taken before and after operation to evaluate the fracture severity and fracture healing. American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeous (ASES) and Constant- Murley scores were used to evaluate shoulder joint function.
All patients were followed up, and the duration ranged from 12 to 24 months, and the fracture healing time ranged from 3 to 5 months. No operative site infection was found in all patients. CT scan of shoulder joint showed satisfactory reduction and no displacement. The shoulder joint function recovered well. ASES score at the latest follow up after operation ranged from 85 to 97 points, which were higher than those before operation; Constant-Murley score ranged from 83 to 96 points, which were higher than those before operation.
Double-pulley dual-row technique with shoulder arthroscopy is effective to fix scapular glenoid fracture of Ideberg typeⅠwith minimal tissue trauma and significant improvement of shoulder joint function.

To compare clinical effects of inside-out technique and outside-in technique for the treatment of idiopathic frozen shoulder under arthroscopy.
From April 2015 to July 2019, 65 patients with primary frozen shoulder were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods. In observation group, there were 32 cases, including 14 males and 18 females, aged 48 to 64 (54.82±5.35) years old, 18 cases on the right side and 14 cases on the left side. The course of disease was 4 to 10 (7.76±1.19) months. The patients were treated with outside in technique. In control group, there were 33 cases, 16 males and 17 females, aged 45 to 62 (54.64±4.16) years old, 18 cases on the right side and 15 cases on the left side. The course of disease was 5 to 9 (7.65±1.24) months. Selleck BTK inhibitor The patients were treated with inside out technique. The operation time, hospitalization days and treatment cost were compared between the two groups. Constant-Murley function score before and after the operation an thetreatment of primary frozen shoulder, and the shoulder joint function and pain degree have been effectively improved. Compared with the inside-out technique, the outside in release technique is more direct, the operation is simpler and the operation time is shorter. It has certain advantages in releasing operation for primary frozen shoulder.
The two arthroscopic release schemes have achieved satisfactory results for thetreatment of primary frozen shoulder, and the shoulder joint function and pain degree have been effectively improved. Compared with the inside-out technique, the outside in release technique is more direct, the operation is simpler and the operation time is shorter. It has certain advantages in releasing operation for primary frozen shoulder.
To explore the effects of single anterior approach under shoulder arthroscopy in the treatment of Bankart injury, and to provide a scheme to overcome the difficulties and simplify the operation process.
From July 2016 to January 2019, 62 patients with recurrent dislocation caused by Bankart leision were treated under shoulder arthroscopy, including 50 males and 12 females, ranging in age from 19 to 44 years old with an average age of (26.5±6.1) years old. There were 25 cases of left shoulder and 37 cases of right shoulder. The patients were divided into two groups according to the operation mode, 35 patients in the front modified single approach group (experimental group) and 27 patients in the traditional double approachgroup (control group). The results of the operation were evaluated by assessing the preoperative and postoperative ASES scores of the shoulder joint, and the time of the approach establishment and the overall operation process was recorded to evaluate whether the operation time of the experimental group was shortened.
