[Retracted] miR‑154 aimed towards ZEB2 in hepatocellular carcinoma characteristics as a potential growth suppressor.
In particular, the tweets collection presents the tweets' topic mentions and keywords (in the form of political bag-of-words), and the sentiment score. The users' collection includes one field indicating the likelihood of one account being a bot. Furthermore, for those accounts classified as bots, it also includes a score that indicates the affinity to a political party and the followers/followings list. This article presents raw data of volumetric biogas and its methane composition obtained from anaerobic digestion experiments conducted under lab scale condition. A commercial biogas industry in Trondheim (Norway) developed interest in using olive cake from a Danish farm (Combineering A/S, Birkerød, Denmark) as a substrate for its existing biogas plant. Moreover, local cattle farm owners wanted to evaluate the possibility of investing on a biogas plant using cattle manure generated on their own farmlands. Accordingly, an evaluation of biogas production potential of these substrates was performed and the obtained data in brief are presented.Several studies have found that the motor rhythms that individuals produce spontaneously, for example during finger tapping, clapping or walking, are also rated perceptually as 'very comfortable' to listen to. This motivated proposal of the Preferred Period Hypothesis, suggesting that individuals have a characteristic preferred rhythm, that generalizes across perception and production. However, some of the experimental procedures used previously raise two methodological concerns First, in many of these studies, the rhythms used for assessment of participants' Perceptual Preferred Tempo (PPT) were tailored specifically around each participant's personal Spontaneous Motor Tempo (SMT). This may have biased results toward the central rhythm used, artificially increasing the similarity between spontaneous motor and auditory perceptual preferences. Second, a key prediction of the Preferred Period Hypothesis is that the same default rhythms are repeatedly found within-subject. selleck chemical However, measures of consistency are seiment. The data presented here fail to show any correlation between motor and perceptual preferences, nor do they support improved synchronization-continuation performance near an individual's so-called SMT or PPT. Rather, they demonstrate substantial within-subject variability in the spontaneous motor rhythms produced across repeated sessions, as well as their subjective rating of perceived rhythms. This report accompanies our article "Spontaneous and Stimulus-Driven Rhythmic Behaviors in ADHD Adults and Controls"[1], and provided motivation and insight for modifying the procedures used for SMT and PPT evaluation, and their interpretation.Patent bibliometrics data are the most reliable business performance metric for applied research and development activities when investigating the knowledge domains or the technological evolution of vehicle powertrain technologies in the automotive industry. Our paper describes a global patents dataset for the internal combustion engine vehicles (ICEV), hybrid electric vehicles (HEV) and battery electric vehicles (BEV) over 1985-2016. We extracted the patents granted in each powertrain field from Thomson Reuters' Derwent Innovations Index (DII). We applied a combined search strategy of international patent classifications (IPCs) and keywords as well as 'patent families' and 'priority dates' to construct our global patents dataset. This strategy returned a total of 78,732 patents, within which we identified 49,154 ICEV patents; 10,888 HEV patents; and 18,690 BEV patents. Our database includes numerous descriptive features of each patent such as title, abstract, claim, priority, application and publication dates, IPCs, assignees/applicants, inventors, and cited references. These data are associated with the research article 'The evolution of dynamic interactions between the knowledge development of powertrain systems' [1]. The full dataset, which is attached to this article, may be useful to both researchers and practitioners interested in investigating, modelling or forecasting the complexity and evolution of the technical and knowledge domains of the vehicle powertrains, across a variety of instruments such as social network analysis and regression models. The Common or European quail (Coturnix coturnix) is a Galliform bird of ecological importance for research in the field of animal migration. The Common quail is also a game bird, thus, of great interest for recreational activities and conservation management. Here, we generated a high quality de novo transcriptome for the Common quail for which no reference genome is to date publicly available. The transcriptome was obtained from a population of Common quail originated from captive founders raised under laboratory conditions. Paired-end RNA-Sequencing reads were obtained from extracted total RNA of brain tissue punches (preoptic-hypothalamic region) of 23 quails, which yielded to 5.5-11.2 million reads per individual bird for a total of 236 million reads. After assembly optimization, we used a stringent filtering analysis pipeline to remove redundant and low confidence transcripts. The final transcriptome consisted of 22,293 transcripts of which 21,551 (97%) were provided with annotation data. Our data offers a high quality pipeline for compiling transcriptomes of complex non-genomic species. Our data also provide a robust reference for gene expression studies in this species or other related Galliform species, including the Japanese quail. The data presented here were collected from a commercial LG Chem cylindrical INR18650 MJ1 lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery (approximate nominal specifications 3.5 Ah, 3.6 V, 12.2 Wh). Electrochemical and microstructural information is presented, the latter collected across several length scales using X-ray computed tomography (CT) from cell to particle. One cell-level tomogram, four assembly-level and two electrode/particle-level 3D datasets are available; all data was collected in the pristine state. The electrochemical data consists of the full current and voltage charge-discharge curves for 400 operational cycles. All data has been made freely available via a repository [10.5522/04/c.4994651] in order to aid in the development of improved computational models for commercially-relevant Li-ion battery materials.
