However, the scheme has its limits, which can be summarized by two points first, the tertiary hierarchy functional region exhibits obvious heterogeneity; second, the ecosystem function does not influence the regionalization scheme results during the process of regionalization. To enhance the guidance of the regionalization, a new indicator system included soil erosion risk, soil erosion intensity and ecosystem service value was developed to explore the subdivision of the tertiary hierarchy functional region. Moreover a scheme for the subdivision of the tertiary hierarchy functional region was formed. In this scheme, the central Hunan hilly soil conservation and living environmental protection section was divided into three subregions Luoxiao-Xuefeng Mountain high ecological value section, Xiangjiang middle and downstream medium ecological value section, and Hengyang Basin low ecological value section. Specifically, with regard to soil and water conservation regionalization, the concept of subregions within the tertiary hierarchy-based functional region was proposed and the new indicator system that highlighted ecosystem functions was applied for the first time on a regional scales; this method provides a new way of thinking about other regionalization schemes.The rescattering of backward stimulated Raman scattering (BSRS) by stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) is found in the high electron density region by relativistic Vlasov-Maxwell simulation and particle-in-cell (PIC) simulation, where the BSRS is in the regime of absolute instability and dominates in all the scatterings. Both one dimension (1D) Vlasov simulation and two dimension (2D) PIC simulation have been given to verify that there exists SBS of BSRS in the regime of absolute instability for BSRS. The SBS of BSRS will be even stronger than forward stimulated Raman scattering (FSRS) and SBS in regime of absolute instability for BSRS. Thus, besides Langmuir decay instability and laser energy absorption, the SBS of BSRS is also an important saturation mechanism of BSRS in high electron density region.Tumors harbor extensive genetic heterogeneity in the form of distinct clone genotypes that arise over time and across different tissues and regions in cancer. Many computational methods produce clone phylogenies from population bulk sequencing data collected from multiple tumor samples from a patient. These clone phylogenies are used to infer mutation order and clone origins during tumor progression, rendering the selection of the appropriate clonal deconvolution method critical. Surprisingly, absolute and relative accuracies of these methods in correctly inferring clone phylogenies are yet to consistently assessed. Therefore, we evaluated the performance of seven computational methods. The accuracy of the reconstructed mutation order and inferred clone groupings varied extensively among methods. All the tested methods showed limited ability to identify ancestral clone sequences present in tumor samples correctly. The presence of copy number alterations, the occurrence of multiple seeding events among tumor sites during metastatic tumor evolution, and extensive intermixture of cancer cells among tumors hindered the detection of clones and the inference of clone phylogenies for all methods tested. Overall, CloneFinder, MACHINA, and LICHeE showed the highest overall accuracy, but none of the methods performed well for all simulated datasets. So, we present guidelines for selecting methods for data analysis.Butea monosperma is one of the extensively used plants in traditional system of medicines for many therapeutic purposes. In this study, the antioxidant activity, α-glucosidase and α-amylase inhibition properties of freeze drying assisted ultrasonicated leaf extracts (hydro-ethanolic) of B. monosperma have been investigated. The findings revealed that 60% ethanolic fraction exhibited high phenolic contents, total flavonoid contents, highest antioxidant activity, and promising α-glucosidase and α-amylase inhibitions. The UHPLC-QTOF-MS/MS analysis indicated the presence of notable metabolites of significant medicinal potential including apigenin, apigenin C-hexoside C-pentoside, apigenin C-hexoside C-hexoside, apigenin-6,8-di-C-pentoside and genistin etc., in B. monosperma leave extract. Docking studies were carried out to determine the possible role of each phytochemical present in leaf extract. Binding affinity data and interaction pattern of all the possible phytochemicals in leaf extract of B. this website monosperma revealed that they can inhibit α-amylase and α-glucosidase synergistically to prevent hyperglycemia.Osteoporosis represents a major health problem, resulting in substantial increases in health care costs. There is an unmet need for a cost-effective technique that can measure bone properties without the use of ionizing radiation. The present study reports design, construction, and testing of a safe, and easy to use radiofrequency device to detect osteoporotic bone conditions. The device uses novel on-body antennas contacting the human wrist under an applied, operator-controlled pressure. For the dichotomous diagnostic test, we selected 60 study participants (23-94 years old, 48 female, 12 male) who could be positively differentiated between healthy and osteopenic/osteoporotic states. The band-limited integral of the transmission coefficient averaged for both wrists, multiplied by age, and divided by BMI has been used as an index. For a 100 MHz frequency band centered about 890-920 MHz, the maximum Youden's J index is 81.5%. Both the sensitivity and specificity simultaneously reach 87% given the calibration device threshold tolerance of ±3%. Our approach correlates well with the available DXA measurements and has the potential for screening patients at risk for fragility fractures, given the ease of implementation and low costs associated with both the technique and the equipment. The inclusion of radiofrequency transmission data does add supplementary useful information to the available clinical risk factors.
