To evaluate the perceived usability of and user engagement with a digital platform (Thought Spot) designed to enhance mental health and wellness help-seeking among transition-aged youth (TAY; 17-29-years old).

Survey responses and usage patterns were collected as part of a randomized controlled trial evaluating the efficacy of Thought Spot. Participants given Thought Spot completed an adapted Usefulness, Satisfaction, and Ease of Use (USE) Questionnaire to measure perceived usability of the platform. User engagement patterns on Thought Spot were examined using analytics data collected throughout the study (March 2018-June 2019).

A total of 131 transition-aged participants completed the USE questionnaire and logged on to Thought Spot at least once. Ease of learning scored higher than ease of use, usefulness and satisfaction. Participants identified numerous strengths and challenges related to usability, visual appeal, functionality and usefulness of the content. Users had mixed perceptions about the usability of Thought Spot, which may have contributed to the high attrition rate. User satisfaction and engagement appears to be influenced by content relevance, ease of learning, and the types of features available. Further investigation to understand the contextual factors that affect TAYs' adoption and engagement with digital mental health tools is required.
Injury-related fear during sport activities are major psychological factors inhibiting a person's return to sports (RTS) following anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR). Currently, there are no studies that quantitatively analyse the open-ended questionnaire for knee injury-related fear in post-ACLR athletes.The purpose of this study was to identify knee injury-related fear in athletes who return to ball-centric sports via the use of an open-ended questionnaire. We aimed to determine the main concepts of injury-related fear according to sex, type of sport, and participation level.

In this study, a quantitative analysis of an open-ended questionnaire was used to examine the type of fear athletes experience after returning to ball-centric sports. The RTS and fear questionnaire collected open-ended questionnaire to knee injury-related fear during sport activities; this questionnaire was completed at the outpatient visit post-RTS. Quantitative content analysis was performed to extract frequently ocience fear in quick response to the opponent (P<0.01, adjusted residual=2.943, ϕ=0.301).

SARS-CoV-2, the causative virus of COVID-19 [1], primarily affects the respiratory system leading to respiratory illnesses of varying severity ranging from mild flu-like symptoms to acute respiratory distress syndrome [2]. However, the clinical manifestations of COVID-19 are not limited to the respiratory system [3]. There is a growing body of literature showing the incidence of a varying clinical spectrum of neuropsychiatric manifestations in a significant proportion of COVID-19 patients [4]. With the variability in neuropsychiatric presentation of COVID- 19, multiple mechanisms have been proposed to explain the pathophysiology of these presentations [5]. In this case report, we present a 20-year-old female with no significant respiratory symptoms or previous history of psychotic episodes who manifested with acute psychosis as a significant complication of COVID-19.
In geriatric age group, hip fractures tend to become a major public health hazard. Due to this high occurrence, there is a need to develop standardized, effective, and multidisciplinary management for treatment. These elderly patients have excessive mortality that can extend ahead of the time of recovery. Early surgery after hip fractures has lead to a notable reduction in mortality rates. Still, it is considerably high as compared to other fractures.

266 patients of >65 years who were operated within 72h hours in a tertiary level health care centre for hip fractures were included. They were evaluated with X-rays and grade of Singh's index was noted. Mortality rates and the factors associated with it such as age, sex, co morbidities (using Charlson's co morbidity Index/CCI) were evaluated after 2 year follow up.

The overall 2-year mortality reported in our study population was 11.2%. It was broadly lower as compared to most of the other studies. It was 6.3% in females as compared to 18.1% in males. Wease in age, female sex, and high CCI Scores were major risk factors of mortality after hip fractures in a 2-year follow-up period.
Indications for reverse total shoulder arthroplasty (RTSA) have expanded over recent years. Whilst cuff tear arthropathy is an accepted indication, the results of its use in those without arthritis is not clear. The aim of this article is to review the literature on RTSA for massive rotator cuff tears without associated arthritis.

A systematic review search was performed in accordance with Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses (PRISMA) guidelines to find all studies with clinical outcomes on RTSA performed for massive irreparable rotator cuff tears (MIRCT) without arthritis.

Of the 160 studies produced by the search, a detailed analysis found 11 articles to be included in this review. There was variability in the implant style used and the outcome measures utilised, but all studies found improvement in the outcome following RTSA. Many studies advised judicious use following high complication rates, and caution was advised in those patients with pre-operatively preserved active forward elevation.
