Plasma concentrations of tildipirosin were determined using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection method (UHPLC-UV). All horses tolerated the i.v. injection of tildipirosin without showing any systemic adverse effects. However, a non-painful, soft swelling appeared at the s.c. injection site in 5 horses (41.7%). On average, tildipirosin reached a maximum plasma concentration (Cmax ) of 1257 ng/ml (geometric mean) between 0.5 and 1.5 h after s.c. administration (Tmax ). The geometric mean values for total body clearance (Cl), the apparent volume of distribution based on the terminal phase (Vz ), and the apparent volume of distribution at steady-state (Vss ) were 0.52 L/kg·h, 22 L/kg, and 10.0 L/kg, respectively. In Hungary, 60% of women pay informally to secure continuity with a "chosen" provider for prenatal care and birth. It is unclear if paying informally influences quality of maternity care. This study examined associations between incentivized continuity care models and obstetric procedures and respectful care.

This is a cross-sectional survey of a representative sample of Hungarian women (N=589) in 2014. We calculated descriptive statistics comparing experiences among women who paid informally for continuity with a chosen provider with those who received care in the public health system. After adjusting for social and clinical covariates, we used logistic regression to estimate the odds of obstetric procedures and disrespectful care and linear regression to estimate the level of autonomy (MADM scale).

Of women in our sample, 317 (53%) saw a chosen doctor, 68 (11%) a chosen midwife, and 204 (33%) had care in the public system. Women who paid an obstetrician informally had the highest rates of cesarean (49ful care and rates of obstetric procedures. Intervention rates exceed global standards, and women do not choose elective procedures to preserve continuity.
In idiopathic outflow tract ventricular arrhythmias (OT-VAs), identifying the site with the earliest activation time (EAT) using activation mapping is critical to eliminating the arrhythmogenic focus. However, the optimal EAT for predicting successful radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) has not been established.

To evaluate the association between EAT and successful RFCA in idiopathic OT-VAs and to determine the optimal cut-off value of EAT for successful ablation.

We retrospectively analyzed patients undergoing RFCA for idiopathic OT-VAs at a single center from January 2015 to December 2019.

Acute procedural success was achieved in 168 patients (87.0%). Among these patients, 158 patients (81.9%) were classified in the clinical success group according to the recurrence of clinical VAs during median (Q1, Q3) follow-up (330 days [182, 808]). EAT was significantly earlier in the clinical success group compared with the recurrence (p = .006) and initial failure (p < .0001) groups. The optimal EAT cut-off value predicting clinical success was -30 ms in the right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) with 77.4% sensitivity and 96.4% specificity. In all cases of successful ablation in the left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT), EAT in the RVOT was not earlier than -29 ms.

EAT in patients with successful catheter ablation was significantly earlier than that in patients with recurrence and initial failure. EAT earlier than -30 ms could be used as a key predictor of successful catheter ablation as well as an indicator of the need to shift focus from the RVOT to the LVOT.
