We are creating a web application to manage appointments made through a mobile app, featuring three user roles: admin, manager, and technician. The admin will have the authority to add new managers and technicians, as well as oversee mobile users. Managers will be able to view pending and canceled appointments, assign technicians for vehicle repairs, and access detailed estimates generated by the mobile application. Technicians will have the ability to review and edit these estimates. The application will include several key modules: a Jobs Module for managing technician assignments, a Repair Location Module for adding and reviewing repair sites, a Technician Module for overseeing assigned and unassigned technicians, an Insurance Claim Module for managing claims from mobile users, and a Payment Module for tracking dues and completed payments. Additionally, a Dashboard and Reports Module will provide insights into all operational activities within the system.
