3% and 5. 2%), the lowest was Hainan(3. 3% and 0. 6%). Among the provinces with rural survey sites, the highest rate of overweight was Shanxi(16. 1%)and the lowest was Qinghai(3. 3%), while the highest rate of obesity was Shanxi(9. 7%)and the lowest was Qinghai(0. 7%). Among the provinces with both urban and rural survey sites, the highest prevalence of overweight and obesity was in Hebei(14. 3% and 6. 6%), the lowest was in Guizhou(3. 5% and 0. 9%). CONCLUSION The prevalence of overweight and obesity among 0-5 years old children was higher in central and middle region in China.OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of nutrition package on intestinal flora of infants aged 6-24 months. METHODS A total of 118 infants in Songxian County and Ruyang County of Henan Province, 60 infants in Songxian County with nutrition package coverage, and 58 infants in Ruyang County of the control county were selected for the long-term effects of early childhood nutrition package intervention project in 2018. All infant faeces were collected, and the composition and abundance of intestinal flora were analyzed and compared by high-throughput sequencing technology. RESULTS The Alpha diversity of intestinal flora in the nutrition package intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Firmicutes were on the rise in the nutrition package intervention group of infants aged 6-24 months. The abundance of Prevotella in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The abundance of Faecalibacterium and Bacteroides in the nutrition package treatment group for infants aged 12 to 17 months was significantly higher than that of the control group, while the abundance of Bifidobacterium and Prevotella was significantly lower than that of the control group. Lactobacillus was significantly less abundant in the 18-24 month old infant nutrition package intervention group than in the control group. CONCLUSION Nutrition package can improve the diversity of intestinal flora, also play an important role in promoting the balance of intestinal flora of infants.OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of iron supplement intake on gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) in early and middle pregnancy. METHODS From February to April 2017, a prospective study was conducted among 807 early pregnant women in a prenatal clinic of a maternal and child medical institution in Chengdu City through purposive sampling. Data on maternal demographic characteristics was collected through questionnaire in early pregnancy. In early and middle pregnancy, the information of iron supplement intake were collected with questionnaire, 3-day 24 hour dietary recall method was used to assess maternal diet. According to the WHO recommendation, 60 mg/d iron supplementation during pregnancy was used as the dividing point, less then 60 mg/d iron supplementation was used as the low level group, and ≥60 mg/d iron supplementation was used as the high level group. At the 24 th to 28 th pregnant week, the oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) was conducted, and GDM was diagnosed according to the Guidelines for the Diaon was found between iron intake in early pregnancy and the occurrence of GDM. CONCLUSION Iron supplement intake during pregnancy may increase the risk of GDM. Appropriate intake of iron supplement for pregnant women is worth discussing.OBJECTIVE To describe the regional and population-related differences in body fat percentage(BF%) and fat quality among 18-65 years old adults in 15 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities) of China in 2015, and analyze the relationship between body fat percentage and body mass index(BMI). METHODS A total of 10 561 adults aged 18-65 years old who have complete physical measurements and relevant demographic economic data from the 2015 China Nutritional Transition Cohort Study were included. Body fat percentage and weight were measured using the bioelectrical impedance analysis. Body fat percentage and fat quality of different genders were described among different age groups, education levels, incomes, regions, urban and rural areas. And the obesity prevalence defined by body fat percentage(recommended by WHO) was described. RESULTS In 2015, the body fat percentage and fat quality of adult women aged 18-65 in 15 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)were 33. 6% and 19. 5 kg, respectively, andMI was closely related to BF%, but in overweight people, more than 50% of people defined by body fat percentages reached obesity. CONCLUSION In 2015, there were significant regional and population differences in body fat percentage and fat quality among adults of different genders in 15 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities), and the prevalence of obesity in the North was significantly higher than that in the South.OBJECTIVE To explore the association between the interleukin-6-174 C/G and-634 C/G polymorphisms and pneumoconiosis susceptibility. METHODS Taking pneumoconiosis, interleukin-6, and polymorphism as keywords, Chinese literatures were retrieved among the Sinomed, Wanfang Medicine, CNKI and VIP databases, and foreign language literatures were retrieved among the Pubmed, Embase, Cochrane Library and Web of Science databases. Taking pneumoconiosis, susceptibility, and interleukin-6 as keywords, Revman 5. 2 software was employed to combine the genetic effects and evaluate the quality of the included literatures. RESULTS A total of seven literatures(containing nine case-control studies) were included, including 660 cases and 848 controls with IL-6-174 C/G polymorphism, and 344 cases and 362 controls with IL-6-634 C/G polymorphism. Meta-analysis shows that IL-6-174 C/G polymorphism is not associated with pneumoconiosis susceptibility(CC νs. CG+GG, OR=1. 05(95%CI 0. 76-1. 45), CG νs. GG+CC, OR=0. 79(95%CI 0. 40-1. 55), C νs. G, OR=0. 95(95% CI 0. 80-1. 14)), while IL-6-634 C/G polymorphism is associated with pneumoconiosis susceptibility(CC νs. CG+GG, OR=2. 12(95%CI 1. 56-2. 88), CG νs. GG+CC, OR=0. find more 40(95%CI 0. 27-0. 58), C νs. G, OR=1. 67(95%CI 1. 33-2. 11)). CONCLUSION There exists an association between the IL-6-634 C/G polymorphism and pneumoconiosis susceptibility, while there isn't an association between the IL-6-174 C/G polymorphism and the susceptibility of pneumoconiosis. IL-6-634 C/C genotype is pneumoconiosis-susceptible genotype.
