Purpose To develop and validate a pretreatment CT-based radiomics signature to predict response to immune checkpoint inhibitors in advanced solid tumors. Materials and Methods In this retrospective study, a radiomics signature was developed in patients with advanced solid tumors (including breast, cervix, gastrointestinal) treated with anti-programmed cell death-1 or programmed cell death ligand-1 monotherapy from August 2012 to May 2018 (cohort 1). This was tested in patients with bladder and lung cancer (cohorts 2 and 3). Radiomics variables were extracted from all metastases delineated at pretreatment CT and selected by using an elastic-net model. A regression model combined radiomics and clinical variables with response as the end point. Biologic validation of the radiomics score with RNA profiling of cytotoxic cells (cohort 4) was assessed with Mann-Whitney analysis. Results The radiomics signature was © RSNA, 2021 Online supplemental material is available for this article. Anti-ageism interventions have the hefty task of improving attitudes and behaviors toward aging and older adults. The purpose of this study was to examine whether a one-hour video-based intervention designed to address ageism could decrease self-reported ageist attitudes and behaviors among staff members of long-term service and support settings. This cross-sectional study used data collected from 265 staff members of aging services organizations. The study examined ageist attitudes and behaviors at pre-intervention, and at two follow-up points immediately after the intervention and three-month post-intervention. Results demonstrated that internalized aging anxiety significantly decreased from pre-intervention to the immediate follow-up and stayed stable at the 2nd follow-up. Results showed that ageist behaviors significantly decreased over the three-month study period and that participants were able to identify specific actions they had taken as a result of the video intervention. The study suggests that a low-cost, short video-based intervention on ageism can improve ageism-related attitudes and behaviors among staff in long-term services and supports settings.
Video otoscopy plays an important role in improving access to ear health services. This study investigated the clinician-rated quality of video otoscopy recordings and still images, and compared their suitability for asynchronous diagnosis of middle-ear disease.

Two hundred and eighty video otoscopy image-recording pairs were collected from 150 children (aged six months to 15 years) by an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist, audiologists, and trained research assistants, and independently rated by an audiologist and ENT surgeon. On a five-point scale, clinicians rated the cerumen amount, field of view, quality, focus, light, and gave an overall rating, and asked whether they could make an accurate diagnosis for both still images and recordings.

More video otoscopy recordings were rated as 'good' or 'excellent' compared to still images across all domains. The mean difference between the two otoscopic procedures ratings was significant across almost all domains (
< 0.05), except 'cerumen amount'. The suitability to make a diagnosis significantly improved when using recordings (p<0.05). Younger participant age was found to have a significant, negative impact on the ratings across all domains (
< 0.03). Caerulein The role of the tester conducting video otoscopy did not have a significant impact on the ratings.

Video otoscopy recordings were found to provide clearer views of the tympanic membrane and increase the ability to make diagnoses, compared to still images, for both audiologists and ENT surgeons. Research assistants with limited practice were able to obtain video otoscopy images and recordings that were comparable to the ones obtained by clinicians.

Telehealth is an increasingly popular treatment delivery modality for mental healthcare, including evidence-based treatment for complex and intense psychopathologies such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Despite the growing telehealth literature, there is a need for more confirmatory research on satisfaction with PTSD telehealth treatment, particularly among veterans, for whom the most rapid and permanent expansion of telehealth services has been implemented through the Department of Veterans Affairs.

The current paper integrates data from two concurrent PTSD treatment outcome studies that compared prolonged exposure therapy delivered both in person and via telehealth for veterans (
= 140). Using two different measures of satisfaction (the Charleston Psychiatric Outpatient Satisfaction Scale-Veteran Affairs Version (CPOSS) and the Service Delivery Perception Questionnaire (SDPQ)), we hypothesized that PTSD improvement would predict satisfaction, but that delivery modality (in person vs telehealater PTSD improvement, and further examining demographic subgroups.
Assessing costs of an evidence-based health promotion programme is crucial to understand the economic feasibility of adopting or sustaining the programme. This study conducted a cost analysis of a remote patient monitoring (RPM) programme to enhance the post-discharge management of type 2 diabetes.

Using retrospective data collected during RPM implementation from September 2014 to February 2018, we estimated the costs of implementing an RPM in the primary care setting. Measures included total and average annual costs, costs per participant who was enrolled or completed the programme, and costs per person-day. We further conducted sensitivity and scenario analyses to examine variations in estimated programme costs associated with varying programme efficiencies and alternative personnel compositions of the RPM team.

The total RPM implementation costs were estimated at US$4,374,544 with an average annual programme costs of US$1,249,870, which translated to US$3207 per participant (
 = 1364) completing the three-month programme.
