WHAT IS KNOWN ON THIS SUBJECT? Police are often called on to respond to student mental health needs in schools. School nurses, who are part of interdisciplinary mental health teams, may collaborate with responding police officers. Currently, there are no reviews of the literature describing the use of police to respond to mental health crises in schools. WHAT THIS PAPER ADDS TO EXISTING KNOWLEDGE? This systematic review found six articles addressing police response to student mental health needs in elementary and secondary schools. Articles primarily focused on the School Resource Officer programme; however, there was a lack of research on the effectiveness of this and other programmes in addressing the mental health needs of students. This paper highlights a significant gap in knowledge about how police are involved in responding to student mental health crises within schools. WHAT ARE THE IMPLICATIONS FOR PRACTICE? Understanding how police respond to mental health crises on school campuses will help nurses
There are very few studies examining police involvement in mental health response in schools and little data available on whether prevailing models are effective. We are therefore unable to ascertain what impact school police have in responding to mental health crises or the extent to which they interact with school nurses.
Understanding mental health crisis responses in schools can inform policy, practice, research and education for police and school providers, including nurses.

We reviewed pathological findings and clinical breast MRI examinations of 169 patients with invasive BC who were evaluated at the Hôtel-Dieu de France Hospital in 2009-2015. Morphological parameters and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) value were compared with pathological nodal status. Independent t-test/chi-square test and a Pearson correlation analysis were used. With pathological diagnosis as reference, MRI-based interpretations were 87.5% specific and 70.3% sensitive. On conventional MRI, the round shape of lymph nodes (LNs), loss of fatty hilum, irregular margins and hypo-intensity/heterogeneous intensity on T2-weighted sequence were statistically significantly different between metastatic and nonmetastatic groups (P less then .001, each). Mean size of metastatic ALN was larger compared with negative ALN (13.9 mm vs. 10.9 mm, P less then .001). LNs ≥ 12 mm were associated with higher risk of metastasis (P less then .001). ADC value was not significantly different between both groups (P = .862). Conventional MRI using the ALN shape, signal intensity in T2-weighted sequences, loss of fatty hilum, regularity of the margins and size of the LNs can evaluate the axilla with high specificity. Daratumumab price ADC value could not be used as a reliable parameter.Brassica juncea (AABB), commonly referred to as mustard, is a natural allopolyploid of two diploid species-B. rapa (AA) and B. nigra (BB). We report a highly contiguous genome assembly of an oleiferous type of B. juncea variety Varuna, an archetypical Indian gene pool line of mustard, with ~100× PacBio single-molecule real-time (SMRT) long reads providing contigs with an N50 value of >5 Mb. Contigs were corrected for the misassemblies and scaffolded with BioNano optical mapping. We also assembled a draft genome of B. nigra (BB) variety Sangam using Illumina short-read sequencing and Oxford Nanopore long reads and used it to validate the assembly of the B genome of B. juncea. Two different linkage maps of B. juncea, containing a large number of genotyping-by-sequencing markers, were developed and used to anchor scaffolds/contigs to the 18 linkage groups of the species. The resulting chromosome-scale assembly of B. juncea Varuna is a significant improvement over the previous draft assembly of B. juncea Tumida, a vegetable type of mustard. The assembled genome was characterized for transposons, centromeric repeats, gene content and gene block associations. In comparison to the A genome, the B genome contains a significantly higher content of LTR/Gypsy retrotransposons, distinct centromeric repeats and a large number of B. nigra specific gene clusters that break the gene collinearity between the A and the B genomes. The B. juncea Varuna assembly will be of major value to the breeding work on oleiferous types of mustard that are grown extensively in south Asia and elsewhere.Essentials Prekallikrein (PK) deficiency is a recessive trait with isolated aPTT prolongation. KLKB1 c.451dupT is common in Nigerians (7/600 alleles) and absent in a European group (0/600). To date, all genotyped PK-deficient patients of African ancestry were homozygous for 451dupT. Diagnostics of isolated aPTT prolongation in African descendants should include PK testing. ABSTRACT Background Severe prekallikrein deficiency (PK deficiency) is an autosomal-recessive condition thought to be very rare. Recently we reported that the previously unnoticed variant c.451dupT, p.Ser151Phefs*34 in KLKB1, which is listed in databases aggregating genome data, causes PK deficiency and is common in Africans according to gnomAD (allele frequency 1.43%). Patients/Methods The most common African (c.451dupT) and European (c.1643G>A, p.Cys548Tyr) PK deficiency causing KLKB1 variants were analyzed in two population-based collectives of 300 Nigerian and 300 German subjects. Genome databases were evaluated for variant frequencies rithms for isolated, unexplained, activated partial thromboplastin time prolongation in these subjects should include PK deficiency screening. The design of synthetic routes by retrosynthetic logic is decisively influenced by the transformations available. Transition-metal-catalyzed C-H activation has emerged as a powerful strategy for C-C bond formation, with myriad methods developed for diverse substrates and coupling partners. However, its uptake in total synthesis has been tepid, partially due to their apparent synthetic intractability, as well as a lack of comprehensive guidelines for implementation. This Review addresses these issues and offers a guide to identify retrosynthetic opportunities to generate C-C bonds by C-H activation processes. By comparing total syntheses accomplished using traditional approaches and recent C-H activation methods, this Review demonstrates how C-H activation enabled C-C bond construction has led to more efficient retrosynthetic strategies, as well as the execution of previously unattainable tactical maneuvers. Finally, shortcomings of existing processes are highlighted; this Review illustrates how some highlighted total syntheses can be further economized by adopting next-generation ligand-enabled approaches.
