Objective:-
Library information system is implemented to give a clear overview of the contents of the library (Books) to the library members and employees. It is implemented to reduce the searching time of a book which is present in the library. By implementing this the members of the library have the clear view whether a book they might find present in the library or not.
Major Function:-
The major function of the system are as follows:
Find a Book.
Book location.
New book to buy.
Membership information.
Book issue & return date.
Performance issue:-
According to the library information system the performance of the system depends upon the total book database and member database. Connectivity’s that are working simultaneously across the book and other book searching related search option.
Management and technical issue:-
In library information system if the system requirement is c++ and sql server then the operational feasibility deals with the ability to codify in the respective s/w language or not and the technical feasibility deals with the org. ability to provide c++ and sql server.
Project estimation:-
The estimation of the project completely depends upon the requirement of the information that the organization want to implement to in the system. As soon as the requirement is specified by the organization the work of the implementing team is start by implementing the schema, relation of the various db table and so on.

Staff org.:-
Risk Management: - Risk can be a technical risk or non-technical risk. In technical risk the s/w developer have to identify the limitation of the s/w with respect to no of members who are holding library membership.
In non-technical risk is operational staff or tech staff leaving the org. at the middle of the project duration.
Once the risk is identified it has to be estimated or reduce by some inputs.
