Gnome atau Jembalang dan bukan wereng atau walang sangit. Gnome adalah hama kebun yang umum ditemui di seluruh Eropa bagian utara dan Amerika Utara
Mahluk ini memiliki nama taksonomi Gernumbli gardensi atau kadang-kadang disebut sebagai Gernumblies.
Ciri-ciri fisiknya:
Tinggi 30cm
Kepala tidak proporsional
Kaki kurus yang kuat
dan umumnya Gnome berwarna coklat. Penampilan fisik mereka yang seperti ini membuat mereka terlihat seperti kentang yang berkaki.
Kelihatannya lucu, tapi kenapa bisa disebut hama? intinya Gnome merusak kebun
Karena mahluk ini tinggal di liang bawah tanah, mereka mencari makan dengan cara memakan akar tanaman dan juga menggalinya. Hal itu menciptakan tumpukan kecil di sekitar kebun.
Jarvey adalah predator alami Gnome, dan Gnome suka makan kacang segala rasa Bertie Botts dan tampaknya menyukai cacing. Ada cara untuk mengusir mahluk ini dari kebun, yaitu dengan cara memutar-mutar mereka melewati tembok kebun
Itu cara paling aman, sedangkan bisa menggunakan Jarvey tapi banyak penyihir yang tidak menyetujui karena dianggap brutal, Namun, kalau kalian gagal mengusirnya dengan cara diputar tadi, maka Gnome akan menertawai kalian. Jadi harus diusir dengan benar.
