As stated in your report, 6 hours prior to this, I was community banned.

In my defense, I find this community ban in a biased side of me, and that Valve is supporting the user whom has reported me for this matter. I am aware that I was reported by Strongbow studious, representative of Store APP ID 479170. I was reported for extorting keys, for promotional purposes, and these keys were later revoked by the developer.

This is in the biased side, due to the fact that there was an agreement between me and the developers. As owners of various Steam groups with over 50K - 100K members each, I've offered him to be directing more traffic to these greenlight items in exchange for keys upon getting greenlit. This is in no way me influencing his votes, but still getting more traffic and thus, more votes for his greenlight item. When the said app id was greenlit and released, I was given 50K for promotional purpose, as part of the agreement.

Yesterday, an estimation of 24 hours ago, I was asked by the respective developers to stop the giveaway and terminate it. I couldn't, as this giveaway was hosted on a external platform, Gleam and for rewards this big, they require a Gleam business account, thus it was hosted by a friend as I did not have subscription to business services from Gleam. I did made an attempt to contact the owner of the business account, but at that time, he wasn't online and thus without access to his account, I was unable to terminate the giveaway.

I've also explained, that this is violating our agreement, and that I'm unable to suddenly place a halt to a giveaway for my large communities as this will cause chaos and unhappiness within them. Sadly, the developer failed to comply and went offline.

Shortly after the argument we had via chat, the developer then threatened to revoked the keys. He explained that he engaged in a bundle store to drive up additional sales for his game, and the T&Cs from the webstite's contract didn't allow the games to be involved in large scaled giveaways. Thus, as he was seeking money opportunities, he decided to revoke the keys and proceed with the bundle. He also assured me with a compensation of additional keys of 150K in the near future, but no future details were discussed about that.

Shortly after the keys were revoked, I received a community ban from Valve and I was informed that my group(s) would be suspended. I find this is no reason a direct violation, as there was an agreement and that the developer has broke it. This is in no way my fault, and that I was falsely accused for something else. I find Steam supporting the developer instead of thinking through this issue. I demand for an review on this case again, and to see if such cases are even valid. I was banned for not stopping a giveaway, which in my defense I couldn't. Gleam's platform doesn't have the function to stop such giveaways. I hope this can be reviewed as soon as possible as a community ban on my profile is affecting my business on Steam.
