Subject: Correspondence Address Update Issue in BC
Hi Team,
Based on our analysis, we observed that for the mentioned policy, after updating the correspondence address in PC, it is not reflecting in BC.
We verified that the correspondence address update event was triggered and successfully reached BC, but BC has not updated it, which appears to be a defect. To track this issue, we have created Jira PCBC-14306.
Workaround:
As a temporary solution, after updating the correspondence address in the correspondence page, please perform a dummy policy change. This will ensure that the correspondence address gets updated in BC.
