Seasons fluctuation associated with impotence problems: A new cross-sectional study from any tertiary school hospital over Ten years.
Cervical cancer screening guidelines currently recommend cessation of cervical cancer screening after age 65, despite 20% of new cervical cancer cases occurring in this age group. The US population is aging, research methodology that examines cervical cancer incidence and mortality rates has changed, and sexual behaviors and the rates at which women have hysterectomies have changed over time. Current guidelines do not adequately address these changes, and may be missing significant opportunities to prevent cervical cancer cases and deaths in older women. Furthermore, racial disparities in cervical cancer outcomes may be exacerbated by not addressing the preventive health needs of older women through cervical cancer screening.
This study aimed to identify the effects of parenting education with online WhatsApp messages on the level of maternal-paternal and infant attachment.

The study adopted a randomized-controlled experimental design. The sample of the study was 32 couples. The experimental group was provided with online parenting education in the WhatsApp groups. Data were collected through the Socio-Demographic Form, the Maternal Attachment Inventory, and the Paternal Postnatal Attachment Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Chi-square test, Wilcoxon test, Paired t-test, Independent sample t-test, Mann Whitney U test, and Wald type statistics test.

Intra-group comparisons showed that there was a statistical significance between the Maternal Attachment Inventory total scores (p< 0.001). There was a significant difference between group time interactions (p < 0.001), and these differences had a high effect size. When the intra-group comparisons were performed in terms of the Paternal Postnatal Attachment Questionnaire, there were significant differences between the total score differences (p = 0.001). LW 6 An analysis of the group time interactions indicated no statistically significant differences (p = 0.653).

The results of this study showed that the parenting education intervention increased maternal attachment levels in a significant way.

Child maltreatment is a devastating epidemic affecting millions of children and adolescents in the United States (U.S.) every year. Primary care providers (PCPs) encounter these victims but need resources to aid in the recognition of maltreatment. The purpose of this review is to evaluate child maltreatment measurement instruments and determine feasibility of use by U.S. PCPs.

A systematic search was conducted in the PubMed, CINAHL, and PsycInfo databases from 2014 until 2020. Eligibility criteria included articles conducted in the U.S., with use of a child maltreatment measurement instrument, and subjects less than 18 years old. Eligible articles were reference searched to find the original studies for each instrument and were included if they were published in a peer-reviewed paper, could be located, and addressed the development or validation of the instrument.

Of the 3816 articles, 111 used a child maltreatment measurement instrument. Sixteen of the 27 identified instruments were evaluated for feasibility using a quality rating with criteria including psychometrics, construct measurement, administration, availability, and cost.

Six instruments were recommended for use by PCPs.

This is the first review evaluating the use of child maltreatment measurement instruments by PCPs and it highlights the combination of psychometric evaluation and other pertinent feasibility criteria to recommend several instruments for use by PCPs.

Use of these instruments by PCPs may serve to identify children and families who are at risk for or suffering from maltreatment.

A not negligible percentage of patients included in active surveillance (AS) for low and very low risk prostate cancer (PCa) are reclassified in the confirmatory biopsy or have disease progression during follow-up. Our aim is to evaluate the role of PCA3 and SelectMDx, in an individual and combined way, in the prediction of pathological progression (PP) in a standard AS program.

Prospective and observational study comprised of 86 patients enrolled in an AS program from 2009 to 2019, with results for PCA3 and SelectMDx previous to PCa diagnosis or during their confirmatory period. Univariate and multivariate analysis were performed to correlate PCA3 and SelectMDx scores as well as clinical and pathological variables with PP-free survival (PPFS). The most reliable cut-offs for both biomarkers in the context of AS were defined.

SelectMDx showed statistically significant differences related to PPFS (HR 1.035; 95%CI 1.012-1.057) (P=.002) with a C-index of 0.670 (95%CI 0.529-0.810) and AUC of 0.714 (95%CI 0.603-0.825) at 5years. In our series, the most reliable cut-off point for SelectMDx was 5, with a sensitivity and specificity for PP of 69.8% and 67.4%, respectively. Same figure for PCA3 was 65, with a sensitivity and specificity for PP of 51.16% and 74.42%, respectively. The combination of both biomarkers did not improve the prediction of PP, C-index 0.630 (95%CI 0.455-0.805).

In the context of low or very low risk PCa, SelectMDx >5 predicted 5years PP free survival with a moderate discrimination ability outperforming PCA3. The combination of both tests did not improved outcomes.

We discuss the state of AI in cardiovascular genetics, current applications, limitations, and future directions of the field.
This study aimed to determine the intra- and interrater reliability of active and passive range of motion in the shoulders of individuals with subacromial impingement syndrome using a digital inclinometer.

The raters evaluated active and passive range of motion in the shoulder of 50 individuals with unilateral subacromial impingement syndrome in movements including flexion, abduction, extension, external rotation in a neutral position, external rotation with the arm at 90° of abduction, and internal rotation with the arm at 90° of abduction. The tests were performed by 2 examiners on the same day, with a 10-minute interval, and were repeated by 1 examiner after a 2- to 4-day interval. Reliability was analyzed using the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC
).

There was moderate to excellent interrater (ICC
 = 0.50-0.95) and intrarater (ICC
= 0.74-0.94) reliability. In the interrater analysis, the standard error of measurement (SEM) ranged from 4.1° to 10°, the percentage SEM (%SEM) ranged from 2% to 17%, and the minimum detectable change ranged from 9.
