- the first 52 people who are waiting by the buses (or as close as you can get without getting in trouble) after the show will get a card from Jordan. DO NOT lose the card. You’ll have to show it multiple times to make sure you’re in the clear. Take pictures of it BEFORE you meet them if you want a memory of it, because crew will take the card back from you.

- it will likely be around an hour or so before you’ll be able to get a card, and another hour (maybe two, in some cases) before you can meet them. So make sure you’re prepped for time. And don’t stress if it doesn’t all happen right away.

- know what you’re going to say BEFORE the guys come out. I know from personal experience you will lose your train of thought if you wait until you’re staring at them & waiting for your turn.

- they will not sign/write anything or take videos.

- someone from crew (most likely Jordan!) will take your picture. you get ONE picture- it is rare to meet both Tyler and Josh together. It will most likely be one or the other, and usually it’s Josh (although for me, it was Tyler so you never really know)

- if you’re going to give them something, do it immediately after the picture. They’re more likely to pay attention to it, but be prepped to be saying your goodbyes as you hand it to them.

- security will hold your stuff for you if you ask

- if you’re with a group, they will want you to take one group picture and move on (so if you want a single picture, briefly pretend not to be in a group of pals)

- Remember it will seem kind of rushed, but it’s because Tyler and Josh are tired from that amazing show they just performed and they and the crew have a lot of traveling to do. They care about you so much and are overjoyed to meet you, but our beans need to be well-rested to give their 110% best at every show.
- be super polite to crew & venue security, breathe, and enjoy meeting the guys! They’re incredibly kind and sweet and it’ll be a moment you’ll never forget.
