Princessa Cho, nama yang diberikan oleh sang ibu sangatlah cantik. Seperti wajahnya. Cessa, begitulah orang-orang sering menyebutnya. Dahulu ia lahir di keluarga dari faksi Amity, tetapi saat pemilihan faksi ia memilih Candor untuk menjadi faksi pilihannya. Ia juga memiliki adik yang sama-sama memilih Candor sebagai faksinya. Cessa adalah anak pertama dari dua bersaudara. Dia sangat sayang pada adiknya. Ia memilih Candor karena Candor adalah faksi yang menjunjung tinggi kejujuran dan menentang kebohongan. Cessa tertarik pada faksi Candor karena ingin tahu apakah Candor juga sedamai Amity. Beberapa tahun kemudian dia dipilih untuk menjadi master di Divergent Fort Academy dan dia menjadi HeadMaster of Candor bersama Cleova Clover dan James Reid yang sekarang entah kemana. Semenjak menjadi Headmaster di Candor dan memiliki banyak murid yang beragam muka/? ia jadi teringat masa-masa ia menjadi murid di DFA.
