I will now briefly describe the study that has been done reviewing the existing methods.

8. In this paper, the authors have implemented hybrid cryptography using DES and RSA. The data is first encrypted using DES and then again encrypted using RSA. This double encryption makes it highly secure but it is very resource heavy for large scale cloud.

9. In this paper, they have followed a defense in depth approach by designing an encryption system to safely upload the medical data to the cloud. Then an IDS using ML to detect malcious attempts to access the data. Once detected, the access is blocked towards the system and the attacker is diverted to a honeypot where there activties are monitored. Here a lot of surface is secured but when it comes to the encryption technique that they have used, it is again resource intensive.

AES + Blowfish encryption then using MD5 to create a digital fingerprint of the key to verify its integrity.

11. IKGSR Improved Key Generation Scheme of RSA where instead of two, four prime numbers are used to generate private and public key. Addtionally, stego is used to store and transmit key. Key management becomes complex here due to many methods being used and using stego for so many keys is hard.
