Alright fellas after concluding this latest season we have made a methodical decision to proceed within a new league. With that being said, comes many changes. All current users will face a review in order to be able to participate and all new users will undergo a stringent interview. No more switching teams midway. No more Kershaw for Trout trades. No more 20 games per 6 weeks. This will be a league like no other and built on from the game of baseball to make it as realistic as possible. I am also glad to inform you that this league comes with the latest os roster that was released just under 24 hours ago. The update covers the latest transaction leading up to this week. It also features all the first round picks of the 2016 draft!

I understand if you oppose this and were looking forward to the offseason but that moment is nearby since this league will have set deadlines in order to go through each season efficiently and effectively.

Every 2 weeks I will have regularly scheduled maintenances.
- each user must be up to 20 games minimum every 2 weeks

Team selection: You can either keep your previous team or give me a list of your top 5 teams from 1 being your #1 choice. If all 5 are taken I will ask reveal all the open teams and you will have a right to any of them.

Rules will mostly stay the same however some minor changes include: 3 trades per season and zone hitting only & your opponent is to be the judge if he can make it apparent that your pci is not moving. This is no kiddy league.

Rules of the League:

1) No excessive suicide squeezing // I understand if your down by 1-2 and want to get a run across the plate however you may not use this in your favor aggressively by any means. We are all mature adults here, your opponent is to be the judge if this occurs

2) No excessive stealing // in other words if up by 6+ you may not steal or attempt a hit or run

3) Quitting is against the rules. However, conceding defeat is allowed. Anyone found quitting will be kicked from the league

4) Forcing a win while a player is paused will result in disciplinary action and you will also receive an automatic loss

5) You must use a full five (5) man pitching rotation. You may use a short rotation in the playoffs; three (3) minimum

6) Due to the risk of injury, you are not allowed to hit a batter excessively. Anyone found doing this will be handled accordingly

7) On bunts or infield hits, base runners should only take one (1) base unless an error occurs

8) Please allow enough time on 1st Pitch of the at-bat in case the player wants to make a substitution

9) Everything is off except for balks // please make sure you know that balks are on as they are part of the game... I suggest you practice with it prior to playing in a league game as they could be costly and lead to self frustration

Trading // Free Agent Rules

1) Every user must play a minimum of 10 games before being eligible to trade

2) Trades are reviewed by admins, and are subject to veto if it is deemed too unfair. If you don’t like it, don’t join. This time around the review team will be much more tougher on trades, if its a trade that wouldn't occur in real life then it most likely wont occur here either.

3) Maximum of 3 trades per season

4) Every time you make an addition to your team from the free agent market you must also drop a player

5) First come first serve basis however only one pickup per week! (7 full days)... Anyone found obstructing this rule will be handled accordingly
