In future interviews and paperwork, I will focus more on understanding if candidates fit our company culture and their long-term career goals. I’ll make job descriptions and applications better to attract people who not only have the right skills but also share JPMorgan's values and goals. I will ask more specific questions during interviews to see how well candidates can handle tough customer service situations. Overall, this process worked well, but small changes could help find the best candidates who are both skilled and eager to grow with the company.
