Samuel Toshio, memiliki wajah yang kekorea-koreaan tetapi memiliki nama kejepang-jepangan. Toshio, panggilan yang mudah untuknya. Ia seorang Kepala Sekolah di Divergent Fort Academy. Ia memiliki sifat yang sangat tegas dan mood-moodan. Ia lahir di faksi Amity dan memilih Amity kembali saat pemilihan. Tetapi ia mengikuti jejak sang kakek yang faksinya Erudite. Toshio anak yang sangat pandai sedari dulu hingga sekarang. Ia anak tunggal dikeluarganya. Ia pun sangat di sayang oleh Ayah dan Ibu nya. Bagaimana tidak sangat disayang, ia kan anak tunggal. Dulu pernah memiliki geng bareng sama James, Jevin dan Zero. Ia juga sering malakin Caleb yang terlihat cupu bersama teman satu gengnya itu. Tetapi pernah saat ia sedang memalak Caleb ia dilerai oleh Noah dan juga kena tempeleng oleh Hugo, dan hanya dilihati saja oleh Alex yang tidak ada niatan untuk membantu. Ia pun pemegang gelar Juara 1 lomba L-Men 2016. Trust me, it works.
